Private Getaway seen on Netflix' Most Amazing Vacation Rentals! Fulfill your dream of staying in a tree house! For safety reasons, this venue is for adults only. We do not allow children or pets. The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). This 18 foot yurt has accent lighting to create the mood of living in the trees on a starry night. Danville is a glamping experience.

The space
Escape to our one-of-a-kind yurt-style treehouse, where nature meets luxury. Relax in the jet engine cowling hot tub, then rinse off under the stars in your private outdoor shower. Enjoy ample natural light through numerous windows, and stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning. The treehouse also features a regular working toilet and hot water shower for your convenience.

For an additional fee, explore the scenic trails around the property in a golf cart or a vintage 1947 Willys Jeep. Guests can interact with our friendly farm animals, including goats, donkeys, alpacas, and our resident cat, Woodstock. You might even get to see baby goats, depending on the season!

Please note that this is a rustic glamping experience, not a resort. You'll be surrounded by nature and farm animals, so expect some natural sights and sounds. If you're looking for a pristine, controlled environment, this may not be the right fit for you.

CHECK IN - To get into the Treehouse The address is 256 North Jungle Rd., Geneva, FL 32732. The address is on the Gate. The gate code is (0000). Please close and lock it behind you for your privacy. We are in a very safe neighborhood but I want to protect your privacy. You will be turning North off of Highway 46. Travel straight on Jungle Rd. for 1 .1 mile and turn left into the driveway at 256. Drive 1500' to the Treehouse. The lights will be turned on for you. The elevator is operated by holding the button until the elevator stops then rotate the door (it is a dark room door). Deck light is located right side of door bottom of three switches. There is coffee for the coffee pot but I suggest that you stop at a convenience store (there is one located at the light, 3.2 miles from here that you'll be passing) and pick up some milk or other things you may want for your stay. Publix is located fifteen minutes away in Oviedo. Please text me in the morning when you're up and moving. I'll come back and meet you, otherwise I'll let you sleep in. There is an excellent hometown restaurant at the traffic light at 46 (Geneva general). They serve a great breakfast in the morning.

Other things to note
A key charge of $20.00 will be submitted to your Airbnb account if you mistakenly take the door key with you.

We do not provide any meals for our guests but there are grocery stores and restaurants near by.

You have the opportunity to learn how to Milk a goat ,my friend Randy Milks are Pygmy goats at 8:30 at the Barn, if we have a lactating doe a $10 tip is appropriate

For a fee, Lauren provides the opportunity to take a horse back ride through the the 500 acre natural lands park adjacent to Danville.

Neighborhood highlights

You will be staying in rural Seminole County adjacent to a private airport community. At the end of the airstrip you will find Fort Lane Park located on Lake Harney which is part of the St. Johns River. The tree-house is located on a thirty acre active farm with goats alpacas chickens and donkeys , along with all the stuff that makes up a farm . You have the opportunity to roam through the many trails on property. 2 miles to the west is the Geneva General restaurant.. More formal eating is located in Oviedo about 20 minutes southwest. Among other fine restaurants is Sushi Pop which is rated as one of the finest sushi restaurants in Central Florida.

Danville is the creation from the imagination of Dan Shaw. With the help of Deborah, his wife of 50 years, they set out to build a guest house on their private airstrip in Geneva, Florida. The airbnb guests are fun and unique, it is a wonderful experience to meet them and get to know them. I enjoy sharing a beer at the DanvilleBnB pub where they meet other guests and some of my unique neighbors. Dan is has been a given super host status every quarter for five years He was chosen by Airbnb as one of there most creative hosts. The film they created can be found online airbnb/Danville. He has a full chapter" last chapter" 12 in Joseph A Michelli's " Airbnb Way".Dan describes his creations as his art. His work has been featured on HGTV " Million dollar rooms" , and just finished a travel show on tree House's with Netflix to be aired this summer 2021. Dan was a plumbing contractor for 48 years is an inventor with 21 patients, and now a host with Airbnb. Dan has over two thousand reviews on Airbnb. He has been a pilot since 1985 .and is owner of four aircraft including the Beach Baron that is part of his new experience " Join the mile high club ".among his creations on Airbnb there is a two bedroom hangar, man cave, Yurt, Florida cracker House ,tree house and soon to be opened "back to Woodstock "where you will sleep in a 1964 VW bus with a full sound stage. He is always looking to add new experiences to " Danville " Experiences are the memories of life.
