A friend and I stayed in Toni's apartment for 12 nights; it has everything you need to feel at home.
The beds in both rooms are very comfortable and the shower is powerful and doesn't lose heat. The kitchen also has pans and utensils so you can cook for yourself when you want to.
We only contacted Toni once over the 12 day period and she responded quickly and fixed the issue fast (wifi signal was weak).
I really cannot recommend this place enough, and I take a long time choosing somewhere nice to stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in New York.
Toni is a great host! I received a warm welcome on first day and Toni has been available for any question I could have. The apartment is very nice, very well located with a organic supermarket round the corner and 5 blocks away from both the C and G trains. express A train is also close. Would definitely come and stay again!
Great location for going to/from Manhattan and the Brooklyn Flea (great day drinking spot). We only had one issue with the bed, but Toni was responsive and helped us out.
We had great 6 days at the appartment in Brooklyn. We enjoyed our stay so much. It's a clean and quite place. Just a five minute walk to the next metro station which goes to Manhattan and only a couple of meters to an organic supermarket.
You pass high street station every time you to MH, just get off and enjoy the skyline at night.
Thank you Toni
Toni's apartment was an excellent base for our trip to Brooklyn and rest of New York. The apartment had every facility we needed and was warm...which considering the temperatures outside was a necessity.
Its an excellent location with you being a short walk to the A,C and G subway lines. However there are loads of great places nearby to eat and drink (Dynaco, Scratchbread, Clementine's Bakery, Berg'n etc).
You are not that far from Park Slope or Fort Greene so you spend quieter days away from Manhattan.
Toni was a good host who responded to queries quickly and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brooklyn as it really made our holiday.
Alles top, kommen wieder!
We spent 10 fantastic days in the cute and convenient apartment in Brooklyn. The street with the typical 3 stories Brick houses was very quiet and with the "organic Supermarket (fresh bagels in morning!) just across, some really nice local restaurants and the A-Train to Manhattan in walking distance was a superb home base for our family. Both the two adults and our two Girls (15 and 18) felt safe and comfortable walking around at any day- or night time.

I listed our awesome Brooklyn private apartment in September 2011 and interest has been amazing so far! We've hosted lots of great people already and are looking forward to meeting those who have already booked in the future and all those who are still yet to do so!
The apartment Is all yours! No pets, no smokers, no noise please- this is a quiet family building and we are all mature and respectful of each other's space and tranquility. My family and I live in the apartment downstairs.
We love meeting people from all sorts of backgrounds and walks of life. We love nothing more than laughing with old and new friends.
We are easy-going, adventurous, hard-working and resourceful - and love to travel.
We'll happily travel 5-star if it's for work, something special, or even better - if someone else is paying! Normally however, our idea of a good time while travelling is cycling, and staying with friends abroad. The experience with good company is always much more important to us than the class or style of accommodation!
We really look forward to meeting you and having you spend time with us in our awesome apartment in Bedford Stuyvesant. If you have time, please bring us a magnet for our space. You will be reimbursed.
