The "Casa Colonna 2 " , near Piazza Navona , is located 50 meters from Piazza Navona and 500 meters from Piazza Venezia in the historic Rione Campo Marzio . Very nice apartment with separate entrance in one of the most characteristic streets of Rome. Recently renovated, it has a kitchenette with all utensils for cooking, bathroom and a common area of over 20 square meters. The house is equipped with heating , it is possible to cook and provides both the sheets are towels. L ' apartment is located in a building dating back to 1700 , thus allowing you to immerse yourself in the true spirit of ancient Rome . Walking through the alleys and typical markets are unable to understand the true essence of this beautiful city . Very close to Piazza di Spagna , to ' Ara Pacis and the Piazza del Popolo allows you to walk through the alleys , the city's best restaurants , and finally one of the most famous shopping streets .

Very nice location and a pleasant contact
un logement bien placé, dans un quartier super sympa
Super séjour à Rome!
This place was nicely located, clean, and had all the necessities. However, I have been using AirBnB's throughout Europe for the past 7 months and have never had such a terrible experience. I contacted Gianluca and other rooms in Rome months in advance saying, "I am only interested in a room where I can check out at 10pm; I am willing to pay 20 Euro extra. Please only respond if you know you can accommodate my request." Gianluca responded and assured me I could check out at 10pm. I received so many responses from hosts I sent an additional email to see if anyone was offering a late checkout for free. When I checked in I confirmed with him three times just to be sure that I he still remembered my request, and again he assured me I had the room until 10pm. On the day We were to check out, we left the room with all of our stuff everywhere at 8am, went for a full day of sightseeing, and returned to our room at 7pm planning on packing everything then before our 20 on checkout and catching a night train. When I opened the door, there was a new guest there, waiting for us since 1pm, and all of our stuff was packed in whatever way Gianluca felt it should be packed. The new guest was sympathetic with us, as we were to her since all of us were in a very uncomfortable situation. We had to repack all of our stuff and check it was all there (it was). Gianluca's friends came and asked us what we were still doing there, and after a while understood what a mistake had been made. We were able to finally leave at 10pm, but it certainly soured our otherwise great experience in Rome.
Hi Brittany, I'm sorry for the problem that there was, but we misunderstood. I tried to call you but you did not have a working phone. I told via email that you could leave your luggage, closed because I had to prepare the house for the new guests! Regards Gianluca
