I wished you would have called us on checkin so I could have sent back a cleaning lady to the apartment right away. I will have a word with the one who cleaned before you arrived for sure!
Regarding hot water, when to many people take showers in a short time, sometimes the boiler gets empty, there is a button to force hot water making. It is described in the property instructions link we sent you. I think you didn't open it, here.
I really wished you would have called us as we could have sorted everything quickly and make your stay more enjoyable.
