The location is very convenient UB North campus, and Niagara Falls, and TOPs market. Walking to St Amelia and Alexander Schools, St Amerlia and Augustana Churchs. Meanwhile, you could do shopping at Colvin Eggert Plaza.

The room is about 80 sq ft. And 300 sq ft for living room and 150 for kitchen. Both would be great place at daytime for food and relax.
