The space
You will meet interesting people from the local scene and have a unique experience of the art and the architecture of the capital. The comfort of a brand new top notch Queen size bed, in a large open practical environment with a 6ft table to spread your books and computer and proceed with any sort of intellectual labor. The bedrooms have individual locks for total privacy and security.

Guests are welcome to all common areas, including, kitchen, main halls, workshop area, and garden with hammock and hanging out table.

During your stay
We like to give our guests space and freedom to focus on their own creative work, and we try to be available to provide information, help in any way we can and to socialize whenever a good occasion comes up.

We book a few private events a month in the house, and our guests are always welcome to participate. These may include exhibit openings, Gourmet dinner, artist's talk and creative workshops. For more details, please ask for programming during the time of your stay.

Neighborhood highlights

This is one of the firts neighborhoods in Brasilia, as such it served as a model for the development of the rest of the city. If you have an interest in architecture there is plenty to explore in the surroundings, especially the urban planning and the model "superquadra 308", just next block, with the "Igrejinha" by Niemeyer. We are also walking distance to the large city park, and to supermarkets, banks, clubs, restaurants, and cafes.

I am a Brazilian composer, I also serve as Artistic Director for the International Brazilian Opera Company. We have a few spaces that serve as artistic residencies, and they can be available through airbnb when the schedule is clear. I play guitar, piano, trumpet, and percussion. I like to ride a bicycle in Central Park when in NY, Copacabana beach when in Rio and the Parque da Cidade when in Brasilia. I speak English, Portuguese, French, Spanish and a tiny little bit of Swedish and German. And I love to meet new people and chat.
