The space
A bright, 55 m² open-concept apartment in a city-protected 1912 building. Featuring high ceilings, authentic character, and modern updates in the heart of Zurich’s trendy Wiedikon.
• Access: Located in a historic heritage building with no elevator (access via stairs only).
• Twin Balconies: One large balcony facing a quiet courtyard park (morning sun) and one street-side balcony (evening sun).
• Living & Sleep: 1 Bedroom with a King Size Bed + a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
• Open Layout: The apartment is designed without internal doors (except the bathroom), offering a spacious flow but limited privacy for groups of 4.
• Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washing machine, cozy fireplace, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

Check-in & Registration
• Guest ID: To comply with local Swiss regulations, valid identification is required for all guests. Please provide your ID details upon arrival.
Cleaning & Linens
• Provided: Fresh bed linens (1 set per bed) and towels (1 set per guest: 1 shower + 1 face towel) are included.
• Extra Charges: Additional bedding is 15 CHF/set. Extra towel sets are 10 CHF/set.
• Policy: For stays under 7 nights, towels are not changed. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Departure: Please leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. Extreme mess will result in an extra cleaning charge.
Keys & Security (Critical)
• Master Key System: You are provided with a high-security universal key that opens both the main building entrance and your apartment.
• Lost Keys: Because this is a master key system, losing the key requires replacing the locks for the entire building for security reasons. The cost for this is approximately 800 CHF and is the sole responsibility of the guest.
