This large, family-friendly downtown Pensacola loft sits right in the heart of the rich downtown historical district. Over 100 years old (but recently renovated on the inside) this space will bring you back to the time when everything was made of brick and wood. The location could not be more perfect, as you are right downtown but also just 10min away from the beach - expect normal city noises. Large Palafox balcony right on Palafox St; Great for large parties and entertaining/nightlife.
The space
Our space is unique because of its size and its location. This loft sleeps up to 21 guests. If you’re counting private bedrooms/beds only, then it’s 12 (6 bedrooms). If you’re counting the 3 couches and 3 queen air mattresses as well, then it’s 21 in total. Besides having 6 large bedrooms- there are 2 full kitchens, 3 full bars and 4 full bathrooms! There's even a private elevator that takes you up to the loft so that you don’t have to carry everything up the stairs. Right downstairs is a restaurant that serves the best coffee in town, as well as several food items. With this loft you will truly feel at home as you will never feel cramped or out of place. Every single bathroom and kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary amenities and all the cupboards are labeled with it's contents. High-speed internet available throughout the loft.
5 TV's are set up with Apple TV - No cable but you will have access to free entertainment platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+, ESPN, Apple TV+, F1 TV and free high-speed Wifi.
The balcony is one of the largest on Palafox St; it's great for relaxing outside with a cocktail or watching the many parades that Pensacola hosts on Palafox St. throughout the year! With this space you will be in the heart of the downtown area, where there is always something going on. This loft is centrally placed in the middle of the bustling downtown area, so normal cit/nightlife noise should be expected. The upside to this is that it puts you in the middle of it all: restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, gyms, nightlife, etc. But, if you're feeling beachy, you can just hop on the bridge; the beach is 10min away. Especially during the beach season- the beauty of this location is that you don't have to deal with all of the beach crowds if you don't want to, but you're still close enough that you can get to the beach quickly if you feel like it.
The trashcan (besides the large one in the kitchen and all of the smaller ones in all the bedrooms) is located outside in the courtyard: you’ll exit the loft and immediate tour right you’ll see two double doors - inside of there you can use the large black trashcan if you need to dump your extra trash.
PARKING: The entrance is located inside of a city parking lot on Jefferson St. Most people park there because the rates are low, it's free on Sundays, it’s closest and it’s good for overnight stay. There is also plenty of free parking outside of the lot on the street. If you’re going to park in the lot, you can either pay at the booth in the stairwell of the parking lot or use the app to pay. The app is called ParkMobile (it’s a green square with a white P in the middle) and the parking garage is zone 77. Please note that all parking is public parking and is controlled by the city, so rates and availability are subject to change.

The loft is right above this town's greatest coffee shop; Fosko Coffee Barre. If at any point during your stay you need food or coffee, just head right downstairs! Full coffee menu is available as well as lunch and breakfast foods!
We are pet friendly, but if any sign of animal waste is found in the loft or in the courtyard after your departure, we will be charging an additional $300 cleaning fee apart from the existing cleaning fee. We love animals, but please make sure that your furry family members use the facilities outside of our gates! PLEASE NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI, if either of the two is found a few of $300 will be added after your stay.
