Our newly renovated house is located in the lower warmer south zone of La Paz, a short cheap taxi ride to all the city has to offer.
Whether visiting for work or tourism you can enjoy our sunny gardens, spacious bbq area, modern open-plan kitchen.
Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house was recently completely renovated and looks simply fantastic (if we do say so ourselves). The house comes complete with a cook and a maid who work during the week and a gardener who comes twice a week. The landscaped gardens are beautiful and ample, and the house itself is very large with both a living room and separate family room, as well as a dining room. Your stay includes bed linens and towels. There is a maid and cook on the premises daily during the week (local holidays excluded).
Guests will have access to the whole house except for one area blocked off
containing some of our personal belongings. By prior arrangement we can also have parking available on the property.
Interaction with Guests
We only will have interaction by email, however the staff from our travel agency will be able to help with all questions, queries, tour bookings, problems, or issues.
This neighborhood is one of the nicest in La Paz. It is extremely quiet and one of the warmest parts of town. A 3- to 5-minute taxi ride will get you to almost any restaurant or shop you might need, or 15-to 20-minute taxi ride will get you to the older, more historic part of town.
Taxis are inexpensive (ranging from US$1-3 to get almost anywhere in town) and come quickly to the property with a simple phone call.
Other Things to Note
The house and neighborhood have a special feel -- even though you are IN the city, you could just as easily be OUT of the city in a colonial country manor.
Sorry, absolutely no pets and no smoking anywhere on the premises. While our cook, maid and gardener will be there to help keep things looking good, please treat our home with care!
Our open plan kitchen and dining room are a real feature of the house as we love to cook a variety of healthy meals.
