The Downtown neighborhood is great for its walkability. There is a wine bar, two craft breweries, a BBQ restaurant, wood-fired pizza, and two Italian places. You can walk as little as 3 blocks to get a cold drink after a day of travel, or just 5 short blocks to a local cup of coffee.

The Powerhouse Visitor Center, Route 66 Museum, Locomotive Park, Route 66, and Mr. D'z are all walking distance as well.

Downtown is located at the intersection of Route 66 and Hwy 40, so access is super easy.
