I have one comfortable room available in my 2-bedroom apartment located in West Bucktown/Logan Square. There is a nice shared bathroom with new fixtures. The bed in the room is a futon, which pulls out to a full-size bed. The futon is made by Sealy and is very comfortable, and I also have a memory foam topper for additional cushion. In addition, there is an air mattress that can accommodate a third person.

The apartment is located approximately 5 blocks from the Western Avenue Blue Line stop, a 25 minute trip to the loop from our front door.

I have a nice sized kitchen, dining area and living room, all of which you are welcome to use at any time. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer you are welcome to use. My place has central heating and air conditioning so it's nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

There are many great restaurants and bars in the Logan Square area, most of which are in walking distance, and there are even more a 20-minute walk or short cab ride away in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area. I would be happy to give you tips on my favorites!

  • Great location, Meaghan is a great host - would definitely recommend to others highly.

  • Meaghan was an excellent host. She communicated very well before I arrived and gave very clear directions from O'Hare, she also gave me some good advice on places to see in Chicago. Her place is well located a few minutes walk from the blue line and also close to some interesting areas of the city. The room is comfy. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a place to stay in Chicago.

  • Had a great stay in Chicago while staying in Meaghan's apartment. She was away for the majority of the time I spent there, but provided breakfast and a clean space with helpful sightseeing instructions. I would definitely book again if I had the opportunity.

  • Staying here was great! This was my first time using airbnb and not my last. Meaghan's home feels like your home, it is very comfy and the room itself feels like a room you would have back home with a comfortable bed. She has a very clean space and is in a safe area of the city. Also, the location of the house is perfect. I didn't have to travel long to get to downtown and other areas of the city that I visited during my stay. Lots of yummy restaurants and cute places to shop as well. During my stay I didn't see Meaghan much, but still felt very comfortable in her home and provided anything I needed. I preferred staying here over any hotel.

  • Meaghan and her sister were amazing hosts. It was so easy to be in and out of their apartment, and they really made our stay pleasant. It definitely felt like a second home, and they're so nice! Plus, we scored some amazing homemade banana bread one morning!

  • Meaghan was a great host! We checked in late, which was no Problem, and she showed us everything, was nice and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and the beds comfortable. Is was easy to follow her instructions to the house and also to find the way to the Loop.. The Blue line trains are near by :) Chicago was great, too :) we, my two friends and I, had a really good time. We would definitly come back and stay with meaghan again :)

  • Meaghan and her sister were the most hospitable hosts. Their apartment was in a great location and they provided us with superb communication prior to our arrival. Meaghan very kindly accommodated an extra person for the first night with no hassle whatsoever. She gave us same great tips about the local area. Would highly recommend.

  • This was my second stay with Meaghan and it was as awesome as I remember it. Super convenient to get to the blueline and around town using the train and the bus. The bed is comfy and warm and her place is very cozy. I highly recommend staying with her.

  • The room is perfect for 2 people and Meaghan's Sister was a great host. We enjoyed chatting with her and her boyfriend.
The flat is around 10min walk away from next train station and so downtown is easily reachable.
