Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • We finally arrived down a steep dirt road, and were greeted to a bottle of wine, a snack, and drawings from the little one. We sat outside and enjoyed the view. Not massive sweeping views, but wonderful all the same. With the rain, the road to the house was a little challenging for us, but nothing to keep you from coming to this place. It was nice and clean when we arrived, but spiders live here, so they came back. Lots of them. If you plug anything in, the power goes out, but the circuit breaker isn't hard to the daytime. Look for it when you get there, so you know how to find it in the pitch dark. The internet works great in the kitchen. We didn't spend much time here, except to sleep and shower, but it was a nice central location for us to drive the hills of Tuscany.

  • We arrived 3 hours late due to a holdup on the motorway but our host could not have been more accommodating and met us at mid night to guide us to the farmhouse which is down a unlit single track very bumpy lane! we would not have found it on our own!!
The farmhouse is well equipped and spacious with doors leading out onto a terrace overlooking the town below, olive groves and nature. A remote and very peaceful place to relax (after dealing with the track!!). Luca was a very attentive host and brought us a delicious breakfast on the terrace on our first morning. We found Cortona to be a central location for visiting several interesting towns and villages and marvellous restaurants. The porcini mushroom was featured in many of the local trattoria as we were staying during the season of the tartufo o funghi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation, location and our hosts.

  • What a fun place to stay! Down a winding road and up the driveway, you'll find this lovingly renovated stone farmhouse surrounded by olive trees. For a true Tuscan experience, leave your car at the farmhouse and walk into Cortona along the tree lined road while admiring all of the amazing vistas of the valley below. We picked figs for breakfast daily ... mmmm! The highlight was making pizzas outdoors in the wood fired oven! What a great experience we had at Natascia's holiday house!

  • We had a very nice stay in this B&B. A very warm welcome and support during the period. The appartment is of good quality and the garden offers a nice view.
Overall a recommandation from our side.

  • We had a lovely stay at the farmhause. Luca and Veronika met us at the church and guided us to the hause. I would recommend this as although once you've been there its easy to find, first time might be more difficult. The apartment is spacious and airy and has a lovely outside area to enjoy meals or a drink in the evening. On our second day Luca popped in and offered us a bowl of home made pasta with porcini - magnificent. 5 minute drive or 20 min walk to Cortona. A lovely town with lots of nice places to visit or eat. Camucia nearby has a great shopping centre where you can get supplies etc. Natascia took a lot of interest in making sure we were comfortable and all was well. We recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Cortona.

  • Beautiful and serene! Amazing, friendly, helpful, and kind hosts (they even drove us to the train at 6 in the morning)! Location is perfect: close to town (20 minute walk) but far enough to be able to take in Tuscany away from the crowds. (The only note of caution is not to walk back from town after dark (and without a flashlight, it would be impossible)). My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend this place - it's quiet, spacious, beautifully done on the inside and out, and heaven on earth for afternoon naps. Hope to go back soon!

  • Perfect spot. We stayed eight days. Beautiful secluded farm house and gracious hosts. Great views. Adventuresome road, but really navigable. Bathroom is completely and tastefully renovated, and remainder of house is rustic and charming. We really felt at home. Natascia is so helpful with daytrip ideas. We had to print our boarding passes and she did all she could to help us tho' our airline site was difficult to maneuver through. We can't wait to return.

  • Location is great as you are in the middle of nowhere, in the woods with super view, but close to the city of Cortona at the same time. You should expect bit offroad road that leads to this house and plenty of critters and some mosquitoes, so bring good repelent :)
Place itself is nicely cold even during very hot weather outside. Air inside the appartement was bit smelly as it was clearly not used before us but it was OK after day or two when we let fresh air inside. Kitchen has nice small grill appliance which was great to prepare warm bread for the breakfast and meat for dinner :)
Natascia and her family are nice hosts, very helpfull and friendly with plenty of tips about surrounding area to share and offer.

  • We had the best time at this peaceful, comfortable farmhouse in Cortona. Everything you need is available along with a comfy bed, a beautiful view, and lots of room to move around. Natascia and Lucca were very accomodating and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this beautiful place again...thanks so much for your hospitality!

  • Natascia's Framhouse at Tuscany is sheer bliss.
Her Husband Luca, Daughter Veronica ( all of 4 and a bundle of joy ) and dog Milu are just wonderful (website hidden) wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment in Tuscany.
The property itself is several hundred years old and very charming - with a large bedroom, a separate large dining room and a spacious bathroom.
The setting itself is idyllic -with stunning views from the sit out.
The day trips recommended by Natascia to Assisi, to Torontola and the dinner at the Cortona plaza were truly memorable. Not to forget driving through the scenic Italian countryside.
A must visit for people visiting Italy. This was the best part of our entire trip.

I love travelling, discovering new places, meeting new people and showing foreigners the beauties of my marvellous country, Italy. I always try to do all my best to let my guests feel "at home", 'cause that's the way I myself love travelling! I'm a Tour Director and teacher and love speaking with people from all over the world; I have a wonderful 5 years old daughter and a lovely doggy, Milù. I love the two mottos: "leave the world a little better than you find it"and "do to the others what you'd like the others to do to you"! I love classical music as well as any kind of beautiful music, love movies, art and theater...
