We greatly enjoyed our stay at Shlomzion's house. It is 2-3 blocks from the sea and benefits with a constant sea breeze, so that we rarely had to use air conditioning. The place comfortably slept 3 in two separate bedrooms and substantial common space. It is not it, but very convenient to downtown Jaffa, perhaps 5-10 minute walks from cafes and shops and from downtown itself. Shlomzion also promptly fixed the one problem we had, wifi that didn't work. If and when I return to Yaffo, I'd rent this place again.

To travel half way around the world and immediately feel at home - now THAT is a great thing. I've used Airbnb several times in Israel and this was, by far, one of the best stays *ever*. Shlomzion was truly gracious - very responsive with information and guidance in advance of my arrival, ensuring a smooth entry and settling in, she also was in touch by email during the stay to make sure all was okay! The property is, put simply, gloriously lovely. The location is superb with a great cafe across the street, 24 hour market downstairs and easy access to the central part of Old Jaffa (a 5-10 minute stroll). There's a great taxi service that will come get you as well since the street isn't really one that has "drive by" pick up taxi service, or you can just stroll over to the Old Jaffa Clock tower. But truth is, you may not want to leave the house. It's just wonderful!

Shlomzion is a wonderful host and her place in Jaffa is stunning. Clean, beautiful, inspirational. The place has an artistic touch, everything is neat and well thought of. This is a beautiful place with the atmosphere of Jaffa.

Absolutely lovely spot for spending time in Jaffa. 10 minutes walk to the markets, restaurants, bars of the old town and the port. Easy taxi ride to Tel Aviv. Shlomzion looked after us well including going to extra effort to get an additional mattress for us. The apartment / villa was spacious and well equipped. The only other comment is that this apartment / villa is not for people who suffer from cat allergies. Unfortunately 2 of our party suffered badly.

The house is very nice, the area as well! It feels like an oasis of calm in busy Tel Aviv. We were not missing anything and will always remember our stay!

Shlomzions house has a special magic. We all felt very much at home at her place in Jaffa and were able to truly enjoy our holiday. We come to Israel almost every year and have a wonderful time but this vacation was special and we all believe that this was due to Shlomzions beautiful home, where every color and every detail speaks of a love for life.
