  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Massimiliano's apartment. We were very happy to have an American coffee maker in the apartment as well as our own washer/dryer. What a benefit! We found a very fun pizzeria down the street where we ate frequently and were sad to say goodbye to our cute little waitress after so many visits.
Massimiliano was very quick to respond when we had any questions. We very much appreciate that he called the taxi for us on the day we needed to go to the airport since we had no local phone. That was such a relief. Thanks for a great stay in Florence!

  • Had a great week's stay at Massimilliano's apartment. It was very newly furnished, clean and just what we were looking for. The location was perfect and only took us a few minutes by bus to get into the city center.

The area, San Jacopino felt very safe and everyone around the neighbourhood was very friendly. The only downside was the mosquitos and it was a fair walk to the closest (large) supermarket.

Highly recommend to use as your base in Florence!

  • The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos - & possibly even better. My partner & I spent 2 nights here & loved our time in the apartment. It was very close to everything - we didn't catch any public transport, really close to main train station - & there was a great restaurant nearby that did some yummy Italian (lots of Italians ate there which is always a good sign)!! We utilised the kitchen whilst staying there & it had everything you could possibly need. Bed was comfy, bathroom was very modern - in fact the whole apartment was VERY modern and very clean. Id highly recommend any travellers looking for Florence accommodation to stay here.

  • We spent a week in this stylish apartment - clean, nicely decorated and a good location far from the maddening crowds. A very regular bus service delivered us down town within 10 minutes. We like to cook and had great fun with the local butchers, green grocers and the wine seller. One downside was that that the bed in the bedroom was noisy and uncomfortable - the pull out in the living area was better. Mosquitos were still a problem in October - come well armed!

  • The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable & functional. Located in a great neighborhood, only a half block away from Piazza San Jacopino, which sports two mini-cafes (for morning cappuccinos), a wine store (with discount wines sold by the bulk and a friendly, knowledgeable, English-speaking owner), pastry shop (yum!), fruit/vegetable stand, AND great restaurant (not much ambience, but wonderful pizzas and pastas). A bit of a walk to the historic district (25 minutes away), less to the train station (15 minutes), but worth it for the chance to experience a less-touristy area and an authentic neighborhood. The host handled our late arrival (our plane was re-routed to nearby Bologna due to fog in Florence) with aplomb. His father met us at the door, provided keys and a recommendation on where to grab a bite to eat nearby. We would stay again!

  • This was a clean spacious beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment on three bus lines (22,23,57) that lead to the train station and hence everywhere else. It was lovely to come home to a place far from the crowds but near enough to easily get downtown. the neighborhood is quiet and charming and there is an excellent health food supermaket nearby., Would love to return

  • Accommodation location couldn’t be any perfect, very close the center using the bus no. 22 which is a 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment. A very quiet neighborhood The flat is very pretty and well equipped and super clean. Shopping center around the corner. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even a washing machine. Massimiliano is very kind and excellent host. He let us check in early and check out late because of our flight. Above all, he always responded to our request via email. He also has a Florence guide book that contains any information we needed. It helped us so much and enabled us to see Florence more comfortably without worrying about what to see and where to find anything we want. It was incredibly nice of him to offer this. Massimiliano had someone waiting for us to give us the keys when we arrived. We want to thank him so much for making our trip to Florence so comfortable and memorable. We shall definitely recommend this accommodation to all our friends and family and hope to get back to Florence next year again.

  • Massimiliano's apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was also quite large. Out of the four places we stayed in from AirBNB, his was our favorite. We also really appreciated the notebook he left with clear instructions, as well as helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. We would definitely stay here again and the apartment made our trip to Florence much more enjoyable!
