Casa splendida. 5 minuti dal centro. Ottima accoglienza di Giangiacomo. Tutto perfetto
We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful apartment in the center of Perugia and definitely it was a great choice. The apartment totally renewed and fully equiped is conveniently located in the very center of Perugia, steps away from corso Vanucci (city's main street), minimetro's station and near Borgo XX Giugno. This allows you to get the most of your trip by enjoying city's art, foodie experiencies, and easy train and bus connections for daily trips with a few minutes walking distance. The apartment is, at the same time, located in a old palazzo, facing a quiet street, which is perfect for a calm and relaxing stay and a reinvigorating rest.
But the good of a city are not only the places but also the people and Giangiacomo was the perfect host: Friendly, attentive and accomodating, always wanting to help. He made us feel in our home for the very first moment, and he gave us useful advices and suggestions, that we trusted and enjoyed. We highly recommend this place.
Giangiacomo is a perfect host. The flat is wonderful, well decorated and we have found a lot of things (food, documentation) for our stay.
Gian give us a lot of address in Perugia and in Umbria.
Sincerly everything was perfect. You have to go there as soon as possible.
Florence and Pierre
Giangiacomo was very attentive, checking in frequently before and during our stay. Despite not being in town at the time, he provided us recommendations in advance, and a contact in case we needed anything. The apartment is a wonderful 1 bedroom, spacious and stylish, and a short walk up some stairs to the city center. When Giangiacomo learned the wifi would not be fixed ahead of our arrival, he offered to cancel and refund (instead we used a nearby cafe for wifi). Great host with a great place, I would stay here again.
Giangiacomo could not have been more helpful with this booking, both before and during my visit. He sent me a list of places to eat before I arrived, met me from the mini tram station and then gave me a little tour of the centre to find the supermarket, introduce me to the local coffee bar owner and show me the main squares. Plus he texted a few times during my stay to make sure everything was going well and check if I needed anything! He is the most welcoming, helpful and attentive host I've ever met and I would certainly recommend him. Plus the red apartment is fantastically placed to explore the city, very well equipped and Giangiacomo had even stocked the fridge and cupboards with some essentials like orange juice, water, breakfast biscuits, his favourite coffee and his own olive oil!!! I will certainly be back!!
