We were satisfied by the apartment. It was very well located. The only thing that was not perfect is that we were 5 and only found 4 towels and 4 plates to eat with.
I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean, just blocks away from Beale St. and easy to find. Booking was very simple, and it was a much better deal than booking with a local hotel. I would book with Sardor and airbnb again.
Pretty centrally located a little more ghetto than I expected could have been a bit cleaner as well.
Sardor let us check-in very early on Friday morning and let us check out late on Sunday afternoon which really helped us out a lot. Most hotels would never let us chck in that early. Hat's off to that.
The apartment is clean, has great views and we loved the location (central to everything).
The lobby and building itself are really nice, but they are going through renovations. (Feb 2014)
My wife and our 2 boys stayed in Sardor's property for 1 night. It was a wonderful alternative to a hotel considering location, price, etc. Everything in the condo was clean and as advertised. Charlie (his property manager?) was a pleasure to deal with... responsive, accommodating, etc. We would stay with Sardor again next time we are in Memphis.
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The building is great, bit of faded grandeur. Fantastic views of Memphis and the Mississippi, very handy to the city.
Kitchen is somewhat basic. Shower is good. Host is prompt and helpful,
Would stay here again.
As advertised. I will certainly stay again.
