I loved my time at the Cozy 2BR Flat. Great location and plenty of room. Much better and more private than any hotel. Check-in was a breeze and I will definitely stay here again. Much appreciated.
Great downtown location. Everything is in walking distance. FOB entry into building was nice for security. All the basics were there except ice maker didn't work which was the only downside.
Accurate. Essentially a hotel lobby. I did not need to have any interaction with the host. Great experience!
This was a wonderful airbnb stay! Very spacious and quiet, clean apartment. We felt extremely safe. Neighbors were kind and the front office staff were terrific. We loved this stay and will come back soon!
We enjoyed our trip to Memphis, our stay, and our experience with host Sardor. The apartment was just what we needed for our weekend getaway to Memphis. It was in a perfect location and was a good value for a two bed apt with kitchen. We were walking distance to almost all of the attractions we visited. Sardor made our stay very easy and was very prompt on responding to inquiries. I will certainly book this apt again.
Easy to get in and get settled. The staff was easy to work with and very patient since I was a late arrival.
Overall a positive experience. Unit was mainly as described, but I was glad our group had dwindled to 3 rather than the 5 that were anticipated. Location could not have been better. The only real inconsistency with the listing is that parking passes aren't available - which wasn't an issue as we found street parking and were only there for the weekend - but initially this was a plus of making the reservation.
Megan, i am glad you enjoyed your experience overall and we are making sure that the parking pass option is being removed from the website. We also have 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses that would easily accommodate a larger group. We would love to host you again in the future.

I was born in Uzbekistan and raised in Memphis. I'm the middle child, with 2 older brothers and 2 younger sisters -- and recently a 4 time uncle! I've been fortunate to travel the world in my early years and learned a lot about the different cultures around the world. I enjoy learning about geopolitical history, architecture, and technological advancements that benefit the myriad societies around the globe. To me, Memphis is an exciting city that competes with the great cities of the world as a worthwhile stop for play and leisure. Allow me to host you in my apartments, located in the historic Exchange Building in downtown Memphis.
