A two room apartment in the center of Bishkek in walking distance to a park, main square, malls, government and international organizations with all utilities and conveniences!
clean, cozy and safe make my space unique...
It is not a regular rental flat, it's a home with all necessities. You can always find a pot of sugar or salt, tea or coffee in the kitchenette left by me or my former visitors. Thank you for sharing with me! P.S.: I am blessed, my friend gifted me a microwave recently, many thanks!
My neighbourhood is former and current centre of Bishkek with a lot of old Soviet buildings, Houses of Parliament and President. It is in a very good location for supermarkets, parks and amusements, sport stadium and tennis courts. It is a good point for travels, easy to get to/from the Manas airport and bus stations of Osh and Issyk-Kul. I love my neighbourhood.
there is always a public transport to any other micro districts of Bishkek, while you can simply walk or ride a bike to other central facilities.
i will respect if guests keep shoes-off, no-smoking and garbage-out policy in the flat. My neighbours are very good people and always want to help with anything, so please treat them respectively!!! Thanks
What a great deal! The apartment is warm and cozy, and Umut was always helpful and responsive. If you're new to Bishkek (like me), I can say that the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but only a few minutes walk to the center of the city. I would say here again, without hesitation. No complaints at all.
Ive stayed in September between 8-29, it was very cosy, clean, close to all amenities. The host Umut an incredible person, if i had a problem she always was there to find the solution. If ill be traveling again to Bishkek defiantly, ill be staying again!!
The apartment is after the renovation looks like brand new. A place to stay in the heart of City.
The only problem is in front of the apartment they building a new condo, very noisy and a lot of dust afterwards.
I stayed at Umut's apartment for six nights. The space itself was wonderful – spacious, well-lit, and in an excellent location. Furthermore, Umut was an incredibly welcoming host, answering all of my questions about the apartment, and about Bishkek in general, right away. She even accompanied me to a nearby shopping to help me buy a used mobile phone! All in all, I had a great a great experience. I highly recommend the apartment for any short- or long-term visitors to Bishkek.
Чистая и очень уютная квартира. Хороший тихий район, удобный во всех смыслах.
Умут очень общительная и отзывчивая, в следующий раз предпочту остановиться тут же.
Stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment has a real wooden floor and beautiful furniture. Location is also perfect, close to Ala-Too. No problems whatsoever. I would always stay here again.
Though we didn't meet as she was in a different city, Umut was prompt and quick to reply to my queries. The place was in a quiet little street very very near to all the main monuments and parks in central Bishkek. Enjoyed the space in her apartment, clean, functional and was sufficient for my needs.
While I stayed there (early August 2014), during the day (and even on weekend) there was some construction going on across from the bedroom in the next condo. If you plan to be out most of the day, no issue, but was noisy if you planned to have afternoon naps.
Other than that, recommended place for a comfortable stay.
