We'd love to have you as a guest in our renovated home in NE Portland located a short walk away from Alberta St., Williams St. and Mississippi St. The extra bike can be borrowed as well with a small security deposit to get the true Portland bike commuter experience. Enjoy the bounty of the garden while you stay, from the fruit trees, to the berry bushes, to whatever is ready for harvest in the garden beds. Also savor the fresh egg difference from the backyard chickens. Two Plum Park, just across the street, makes for great people watching from the porch, as well as the many bikes that go by on the main bike path of 7th.

-SUPER easy to get to the house from the airport by Max, then the 6 bus and of course you can also take a taxi that will run about $25.
-If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking in front and around the house.
INCLUDED IN NIGHTLY RATE:
-Towels and linens
-No deposit (though if any damage is done you will be held responsible and by making a booking you hereby agree to this).

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:
Flexible except if there is another party either checking out on the same day you arrive, or checking in on the same day that you are departing. In which case the check in and out times are as follows:
-Check Out time is 11:00 am
-Check In time is 2:00 pm or later
-Bike- The bike can be borrowed during your stay but a $200 deposit is required. A contract requiring use of helmet and bike lock details the condition requirements for full deposit return. Its an older 12 speed bike so don't worry about scratching it, I just want to make sure theft prevention measures are taken. (Unfortunately, in this bike town, an unlocked bike is as likely to be stolen as an unlocked car with keys in the ignition.)
Absolutely lovely. Very comfortable and peaceful and restful. Conveniently located. Very friendly hostess who made sure that all of my needs were met regardless of what they were, even including finding a potential place for me to play the piano. I'm very pleased and I would stay @ Naomi's again. :-) Dubravka B. From Pittsburgh
This was the first time I used an Airbnb. I should have read Airbnb etiquette before I booked. Naomi's home was warm and inviting. The guest room is very clean and quiet. It was the best bed and pillows I have ever slept on, and I have stayed at many 4 and star resorts.
I wish I could have chatted more with Naomi, however I was on a mission to spend time with my son for one short week.
Naomi's location is great. I'm glad I didn't stay downtown. It's 25.00 cab fare from the airport however once you get to her home there are bus lines and other means of transportation nearby.
I would stay there again.
Naomi had a lot of good local information to share & it is a great location to explore Portland. Lovely room & house in interesting neighbourhood.
What a great experience at Naomi's residence. Her home is well kept and clean and is located in a great neighborhood in Portland. She was also a very welcoming host with lots of knowledge of the city. Would recommend her place to anyone looking for a nice place in a cool neighborhood.
Naomi was a fantastic hostess, the room was very comfortable, the neighborhood beautiful and quiet and within walking distance to some fantastic shops and restaurants.
Naomi was great! She made me feel right at home and gave me great directions on getting around town. The house and room were beautiful and parking on the street was very easy. I had a great experience and would recommend the space to anyone.
Naomi was a wonderful host. She gave me lots of recommendations for places to eat, drink, and tour. The house is beautiful; the guest room is large with plenty of closet space and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient to downtown via bus and within walking or biking distance to Alberta and Mississippi Streets where there are a ton of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.
