The tenant requested a suite on the top floor west facing that is why the suite was different from what he booked. I upgraded him to a better suite on the top floor. It still had the beds he requested but he did not want the 3rd bed in the suite as he said what was there was adequate. I gave them an extra blanket which was already provided in the suite and it was freshly clean and washed just like all the other linens and bedding and towels, otherwise he would have complained right there before he moved in. We do not normally provide shampoos, toothpaste, etc. but I provided the toiled paper and a some tea towels. It was not indicated on our listing that these things are provided, as well it does not say on our listing that there is covered parking. He must have been confused with another listing The Baker was not broken. We did a complete walk through the suite when he moved in including showing him how the washing machine works and bringing him a few amenities he requested immediately on the very day he moved in. He also left the suite quite a bit dirty so when I asked him for additional cleaning fee, he agreed as he was in a hurry to leave and could not even take out the garbage. I think his assessment was not accurate and he was expecting something else. He also mentioned that there was no breakfast included with the rental which I never offered on my listing.
