We had a 9 days stay and totally enjoyed it. Very family focus as there is almost everything in this house. The pool is the big plus. Local services are acceptable but a rental car is a big must for those environmental no car people. Or at least bicycle but that's hard to find in the area. The city is within reach so don't worry. There is a covered car park too. Eniko is doing a great job and we hope to come back soon. Thanks again for the great reception:)

My wife and three children were in the villa for 2 months in June and July of 2013. This is a very nice place to stay. The house is not located in a tourist area. Not far away you can see the pineapple plantation, Gibea. Within 3 minutes by car mozho find Thai school and the local market. We got a lot of useful tips from the owner, who helped us a lot. The owner tried very hard to help us and to quickly solve all the issues with water and electricity, which have arisen. A car or bike is necessary if you choose to stay here, as the owner promptly warns The pool is small but very nice. Some of the furniture requires a bit updating. We will be glad to return to this house on our next visit.

Me and my friend stayed at the Villa in early December and found the place to be most excellent, with all the facilities that you would expect and more! The villa is well kept. clean and very well decorated. it has a great TV and amazing Wi-FI connection. for the price this has to be one of the most reliable and value for money. The pool is great and its really geared towards families, we hired a car and we strongly advising doing this to get about, with the taxis been unreliable I would say Hire a CAR! Its a little out of the way but the car resolves this issue. We lost our keys for the villa and within 30 minutes we had a new keys and all our enquiries such as "how do we put the light on the pool" where answered promptly. What a experience, amazing and thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the villa for two weeks in November 2012. Eniko replied promptly to all emails and also gave us contact numbers for amenities we might need - car, laundry & cleaning service if we wanted it (though it was spotless when we arrived), plus a welcome email with a map and all information for the villa that we might need. There's also a book inside the villa with the same information in case you don't want to print out or check your email all the time. The wifi worked perfectly too. I also loved that there is a Jenga set, deck of cards, and books and DVDs for rainy days! We even found an English movie channel on the TV. Very thoughtful touches that really made our holiday. The living room and dining area are roomy and the sofa and beds are very comfortable (if you like hard beds which I do). The pool and surrounding area is big and beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice, perfect for relaxing by. It's not very deep though so no diving (fine by me as I just wanted to splash about). Many conveniences were provided - lots of towels including beach towels, extra bedding, drying rails for clothes, the kitchen had lots of good cooking equipment, (lots of pans, blender, oven & gas hob, coffee machine, kettle & microwave - very well set up kitchen!), and plenty of plastic cups for drinking poolside :-) There was even a lilo for floating in the pool - what a lovely thought! And the gardens are big too, so it's very nice and private. No tourists whatsoever in the nearby area - the only noises we heard were the cocks crowing over the road, and even they were quiet during the night (perfect timing!) - so very quiet. As everyone else has said - this villa is very remote! We were the two idiot guinea pigs who tried to do it without a car or scooter - and really it is not recommended :-) There are absolutely no big shops, bars or restaurants within walking distance - though there are a couple of Thai shack-style local shops for water etc - Eniko did tell us this before we booked, and as the other reviews mention, but we insisted as we had fallen in love with the pictures - and it is more beautiful than the pictures! - but very remote. It is difficult to get taxis to understand where it is. Definitely need your own transport. Having said that if you do have a car or driver, the villa is very well served by local and main roads, and once you've done it a couple of times easy enough to find. And the driver recommended by Eniko gave great service and took us food shopping. My only complaint? That I can't afford to live here all the time! All in all a beautiful spot to unwind and relax.

We have stayed at this gorgeous villa for 3 weeks. Overally, it provides wonderful facility including big refegi, cozy couch, brand-new TV. Especially, the pool is just good for kids. It's not a best villa but a best value one. Even though I've seen Eniko, she is very nice lady and gave prompt feedback for my inquiries by e-mail. However, you have to keep in mind that a car is more than necessary here. It is very quiet and peaceful town, also remote. I don't think young people who wish to have fun in nightlife, this is not the one. A family like us to have rest and refreshing time, this one is just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay the the villa. It is just as described and is very clean. We loved the pool, the kitchen has everything you need, and the living room is a good size for 4 people. Its nestled back in a small neighborhood away from the the tourist areas, which we really liked but it does require a car or scooter to get around. The owner always replied to our emails promptly, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Our stay at the villa was a great experiance. It was well stocked with everything we needed to make our time there enjoyable and stress free. The pool is a perfect size for swimming as well as just having a lazy float about. It is nicely furnished inside and out and the kitchen had everything we needed. Any questions we had were promptly answered, we didn't have a phone so we just sent e-mails to the owner and had a response right away. The pictures don't do it justice. We would definately reccomend this villa to anyone looking for a place to stay. When getting directions to the villa make sure you get landmarks to look for as it is easy to get lost(which we did). All in all a great time.
