Welcome to Sun Valley! *Full remodel* We're so happy to share one of our favorite spots w/ you. This condo is w/in walking distance to Sun Valley's Dollar Mountain ski resort, The Sun Valley Lodge/shops, & a short 4 minute drive to Baldy ski resort. This condo comes w/ access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year round), and the Olympic pool by the tennis courts (summer). Relax & enjoy this 3 bed (2 total bedrooms), 2 bath condo with full kitchen, washer/dryer & amazing deck.

The space
*Remodeled in 2020* Secluded condo right on the creek with views of Trail Creek and lots of greenery. The condo is within 5 minutes walking distance to Sun Valley reservoir, Sun Valley Lodge, Sun Valley shops, Dollar ski resort (11 minute walk), Ice skating rink, pools, and much more. It is only a 1.5 mile walk to downtown Ketchum, which is a great stroll anytime of the year. The condo comes fully equipped with full kitchen and all essential kitchen tools. There are two bedrooms in this condo, a master bedroom, which has a king sized bed and a second bedroom which has 1 Queen and 1 Full sized bed in it. You can also take your clothes home clean with our newly updated washer and dryer. Netflix and Amazon Prime enabled to for your entertainment. We have a large outdoor patio with table and chairs. This condominium is located on the main floor with only one unit above. The condo opens up to a large spacious backyard area full of well groomed grass and quakie trees. Enjoy this slice of heaven!

Guest access
We will email you a code for the lockbox which holds the keys to the condo before you arrive, so you have access upon arrival. LOST KEYs will result in $25 charge to the security deposit.

There will be vouchers for your stay that will give up to 5 guests access to Sun Valley's amenities including: the pool at the Sun Valley Inn (year round), and the Olympic pool by the tennis courts (summer months). Please visit the Recreation Reservation Center located in Sun Valley Village, once you check-in to pick up your recreation passes. These will give you access to the amenities. The Sun valley recreation reservation center is located in Sun Valley Village, which is a five minute walk from the condo. They are open seven days a week so you can pick up your passes at your convenience. Hours are changing so please make sure to be in contact with the Rec office. Rec office # is 208 - 622–2135.

Other things to note
Have the most wonderful time biking, running, golfing, hiking, swimming, relaxing, shopping, skiing, eating, seeing movies, ice skating, horse back riding, or anything under the sun. Find some serenity in your visit and enjoy this amazing mountain paradise.

As avid outdoor enthusiasts, we have visited many places similar to SV and still this takes the cake for us as our favorite. I love to travel, and would say my most frequent visits are made to Manhattan Beach, CA and Sun Valley, ID. My favorite places to travel would include Maui, London, Paris, Greece, Italy and New Zealand. Basically I am always up for travel and spend most of my free money on adventures!
