Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
With four windows on the canal you can admire the unique show of the gondolas passage right just in front of the house; the apartment is a little gem, recently renovated keeping its original authentic flavor.

Strategically located close to the main attractionsl, but out of the noise of the tourist flow; it features a private entrance from a typical Venetian courtyard. Shops, bars and restaurants are closeby. A true Airbnb with its unique Venetian vibe!

The uniqueness of the location is given by the fact that, even if it is in a very central zone, close to the main touristic attractions, the house is located in a very typical and quiet “Campiello” (little square), just outside the crowds flow, allowing you to experience a truly local and Venetian experience.
Plus, just a three minutes walk from the apartment you can find one of the few supermarkets in Venice, as well as all kinds of shops, groceries, bars and restaurants.
