This house has been built with high quality materials. The house was framed up by a local Amish company who also provided and installed the metal roof. The cabinets, trim, and windows were made by Wisconsin Amish companies, too. The other work was done by local trades people. Come enjoy this recently built home in lovely Williams Bay, WI. Master bedroom has a king bed and bath with sink, shower, custom made bench, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with two large closets. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to bathroom 2. Bathroom 2 has a sink and jacuzzi tub with shower. Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level and has a queen bed and large closet. Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and has 2 full XL beds and a large closet. The common area downstairs has a pullout couch and futon. A twin rollaway is also available. Bathroom 3 is located on the lower level is massive, featuring a walk in shower and sink. A family room with flat screen TV is on the main level, and a common area with flat screen TV is on the lower level. Unit SLEEPS 12 and can accommodate 8 individuals in separate beds.
Parking: 6 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit. Additional parking is available on the street. The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home, the agreement can be sent prior to booking.
Additional Information: The home has a gas fireplace for guests use. Unfortunately for insurance reasons the home does not have a firepit.

The Grill Room is a casual restaurant located in the lower level of the Clubhouse. It is open to the public, golfers or not, and offers spectacular golf and lake views, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from April through October.
