Qualità prezzo è ottimo! È un appartamento carino c tutto ed il proprietario molto accogliente! ;) Situato a roma termini zona molto centrale....metro e treno facilmente raggiungibile!
Close to main train station, but that neighborhood isn't as clean and is quieter at night. Very nice hosts, but weren't there to greet us when we arrived. We had to talk to the maid to contact them when we arrived. We never actually meet the hosts, although they were always available via email or AirBnB. Room worked fine but wasn't as nice as pictures looked. It was difficult to share one bathroom between 8 people (our room of four and the other room of guests).
Our stay at Gianluca was very pleasant. We had a room and private bathroom. The room and apartment was very clean. There was a lady there to show us around the house and what we may use.
Overall a ver good experience and humble owners.
If you want to explore Roma and have a place to just crash and leave your stuff... This place is perfect!
Location is great, very close to ROMA TERMINI. Room is clean and quite comfortable for staying, what you see is what you get. There is only one problem we faced during the stay : the hot water supply is very inconsistent. It's very hard to obtain suitable temperature for bath, it is either too hot or too cold. Other than that it is pretty value for price we pay. Gianluca is a very good host, they provide us a lot of useful information for our trip in Rome.
We had a great time in Bed in Art. Room was cleaned, the bathroom and the kitchen have all of the equipments necessaries. Delfina is a great host. She is very gentle, available for any question. She sent me an email with a list of suggestions for my trip in Rome. Thank you very much and hope to see you again soon.
Luca and Delfina were some of the nicest people we met on our trip so far. They greeted us warmly, giving us a map and suggesting places to eat and things to do and see in Rome (go to Jenny's restaurant!!). The apartment isn't in the nicest area, but it was safe and really convenient for the station and an easy walk to the Colosseum and the metro. Our room was small but it was wonderfully clean with a private bathroom and Delfina thoughtfully provided us with pastries in our room and biscuits. You must remember that when staying here you will be sharing the kitchen area with other guests. There was also tea, coffee & milk for the guests to share in the kitchen which was lovely. One night while we stayed home to cook pasta, Luca and Delfina arrived with a bottle of wine for us - so kind!!
I really like meeting these two lovely people, and will be sure to contact them again when I return to Rome in the future :)
Luca and Delfina were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend them for other visitors to Rome.
