About this listing
This huge and cozy bedroom fits from 1 guest to a small family of 4 (for short term (URL HIDDEN) has 2 single box spring beds-- suitable either for a couple or twin hosting -- and a double futton couch which can be openned for 2 extra guests.
This room is huge, colorful and cozy. It's just perfect because it gets a lot of sunlight
And it's also fresh due to the huge window. And it offers a nice green view and behind it, the Av. Paulista skyscrappers .
The location is perfect! Three blocks from Avenida Paulista (Paulista Avenue), the main and ,more exciting avenue in São Paulo. Here you'll find all the cultural and touristic attractions as well as the city's main business center. There are also many trendy hot spots in a walking distance!
The apartment is also three blocks from subway station "Brigadeiro", Green Line (Linha Verde). Very convenient!
The great think is that even being so central, the blocks surrounding the apartment are quiet and pleasant, with many trees! You'll sure get a great night of rest!
Taking a cab from here is also very simple and inexpensive to many interesting places around, such as all the trendy places in "Jardins" neighborhood and the up and coming venues in "Baixo Augusta" area,

Interaction with Guests
As I am now living in te US, my mom Maristella, who lives at the house (she is a laid-back and savvy communications professional), and my brother Lucas, a law student, who is also very polite and communicative, usually takes care of guests by check then in and/or out, so they are able to support the guest with all information and tips about what is going on in the city and the best and less expensive ways to have a great time in Sao Paulo. Guests can access them any time through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or SMS when needed.
I love to have so amazing cultural spots at walking distance: Casa das Rosas, Itau Cultural, Centro Cultural Sao Paulo, MASP, Reserva Cultural Movie Theatre, Ipirapuera Park (main and most beautiful green area of Sao Paulo) and, at the same time, be surrounded by a nice green view and calm streets to walk, go to cool bakeries and cafes, sit down and relax.
very convenient area to go to every part of the city by subway and bus at walking distance and taxis passing by in front of the building all the time.
Other Things to Note
I like vintage buildings. They are so charming and remind me of the time I lived in Milan and in Barcelona.
It is a non smoking place and guests are expected to keep things the way they found and ask the hosts whenever there is a problem or a doubt, either about the house , furniture and appliances or with regard to bringing any strange people in.
