Historic Smalls Alley are self check-in, check-out units.
A door code will be provided a few days before your arrival, also included will be a website with directions and a site map of HSA please review map before you leave home to become familiar with the property.

Other things to note
All PETS must be approved prior to arrival. I have a pet fee of $100 Non-refundable deposit. No pets on the couch or beds, up to $150 additional fee for excessive pet clean up. There is a $200 pet fee if a pet is found in the unit without permission
This is not a party house any unruly behavior will result in immediate eviction and no refund will be returned, please respect the people around you at all times.
Historic Smalls Alley is zoned for and pays accommodation taxes and my prices reflect that.
Please Beware there are listings not licensed to rent vacation rentals in downtown Charleston.
