My wife and I purchased this apartment for our retirement in a few years. Meanwhile I teach international business at a 4-year college near Toronto. We go to the apartment a couple of times a year. This way we make sure all is okay. In fact, we have furnished and equiped it as if we were living there on a full time basis. We keep on upgrading it. My Spanish is not as good as it should be, but with my wife from Chile we manage quite well.
