Many years ago I went on an adventure. I happened to stumble upon a small sign posted "for sale" on a palm tree on 8th Ave. Indian Rocks Beach Florida. This was the beginning of my love for the beach. The Mermaid and the Seahorse Beach Cottages were my first purchase. Build in 1930 with materials derived from a church torn down in Tampa, arriving by barge since there were no bridges at that time. Each beach cottage has a story of it's own. Aloha, Terry
