SIROCCO BEACH HOUSE is a authentic beach shack. With a beautiful updated modern kitchen and amazing views of the sunrise ☀️and sand dunes . Sirocco backs onto the beach( 200 meters) it sleeps 12. Perfect for families, fishing groups, ( NO BIG PARTIES) storage for boats , bikes and dune toys with space to wash your toys down and a full fish cleaning station. Both pubs are a two min walk 🍻🎣DOGS most welcome 🐾Air conditioned, and log fire🔥 There is no pet feesYOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD

The space
Sirocco is open plan and very family friendly. Ideal for family, friends workgroups and set up for fishermen. Bring your boats , motorbikes and 4wds there’s plenty and parking and we encourage you to wash them on lawn:) I have a beautiful deck out the front overlooking the sand dunes complete with barbecue and hot water. 2 fab bathrooms with a brand new one located down in the huge shed ideal for privacy or just washing down after a trip to the beach:)

If you are planning a big gathering over 12 persons please don’t. You WILL be charged extra . I do not condone big rowdy parties and antisocial behaviour. Please consider our neighbours and local residents. Sirocco is air conditioned:)

Guests have access to entire property. Keys are in a secure key box and code is given the day before your stay:)

There is a huge locked shed to store valuables including boats, cars, motorbikes, jet skis etc. It also has a wash down bay in shed if needed:)

There is plenty of parking in the front which is off-road:)

Neighborhood highlights

Located in Bootoo st we are directly across from the sand dunes, only 200 metres to the beach ,parks and 2 great pubs. 400 metres to main jetty and shops. You can walk everywhere as its central to town:) Though very quiet. It's a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with plenty of bird life in the yard:) you won't regret staying at this iconic Lancelin Beach House. Sit on the deck overlooking the dunes with a beer or wine and just soak up the serenity ☀️👌☺️

Hey all I’m Tracy and own sirocco. I’ve been coming to Lancelin since my teenage years and in 2014 bought sirocco. It’s a little piece of paradise . I love my fishing and the seaside with my dog. In Perth I work in the aged care sector. Would love you to come visit Lancelin and see why I love it so much.
