Location, location, location...
I can say the place is quite authentic...the APT recently had been fully renovated (including new bathroom), new furniture, and every amenity you need to have a pleasant stay! Please not that the facade of the building is currently under restoration (from February 17th until April) to make Downtown Apt Kazinczy even nicer:) Sorry for any inconvenience might caused.
You can use everything you find: high speed internet, wifi/cable, TV (cable, with international channels), a full kitchen (cook if you feel like), washing machine (detergent provided), portable A/C, is there anything else you might need? than please ask for it!
We will meet you in person to welcome you and show you around! Flexible on arrival and departure if we agree in advance! In case you need transfer, or any special request, please do not hesitate to share it with us!
The best area nowadays in Budapest. The area is the most rapidly developing district of Budapest in respect of cultural and nightlife. So many articles around the globe emphasized that the old Jewish neighborhood of Budapest with its historical buildings and cosy streets are the new center for leisure in Europe. Just give it a try, and prove it for yourself. All age groups can find their way to spend their time around here, starting from Museums, to National Heritage, Unesco Heritage sites to designer shops, bars and clubs as well as historic neighborhoods and great restaurants (Hungarian, International cuisine)
Everything is in close proximity...
• Andrássy Boulevard, Opera House (7 min.)
• The Dohány Street - Great Synagouge (largest Synagouge in Europe (3 min.) St. Stephen’s Basilica (10 min.)
• The Hungarian National Museum (10 min)
• Deák Ferenc Square and Erzsébet Square (public transportation hub in central Budapest, center of the 5th district (5 min.)
• Vörösmarty Square and Váci street, pedestrian shopping street (7 min.)
• The Nyugati (Western) Railway Station designed by Eiffel (15 min)
• The Parliament of Hungary (15 min.)
• The Hősök Tere (Heroes’ Square), with the national monuments of Hungary and two of the largest museums: the Museum of Fine Arts and Kunsthalle Budapest.
• Városliget (Central Park) with everything you need for a great pic-nic including a little lake where you can rent a paddling boat while during winter it transforms into a giant open-air ice skating ring (20-25 min)
• Széchenyi Bath, a must visit place, including an open and in-door bathing area all year open, with special treatments, saunas, steam rooms, etc. (25 min,)
In case you rather use urban transport ways to move around than it is also a convenient place to stay because APT is centrally located just minutes from Deák Square where all subway lines meet, and trams, buses, cabs, so everything....
You cannot really be more centrally located...
The APT is 34 sm + the loft which is 6 sm but you will feel like being in a castle of your own:)
It is a non-smoking place BUT there is an inner passage at the entrance of the APT where you can light a cigarette, sit down and enjoy your stay!
If you feel like to party I would advise to visit one of the bars/discos/lounges in close proximity (I would do the same) BUT I know that the party must be initiated somehow, the APT is the perfect place for that with light music and a couple of drinks (try the Hungarian PALINKA, the national spirit of us made purely from fruits)...
We couldn't have asked for a better first experience in Budapest. For starters before we arrived Gabor was quick in replying to emails and very helpful. Then once we arrived we were met at the door of the apartment by Gabor and told lots of information about Budapest. We were then shown the apartment and how everything worked in it. The property was perfect and the description was very accurate! Next time we come to Budapest we definetly will be staying here again and I recommend Gabor to everyone!
Gabor was the perfect host; brilliant communication and easy check in. We got loads of information and local recommendations to try for food and drink which were amazing. The apartment was lovely & had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
Gabor was a fantastic host and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you need and is in an excellent location. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would book again if I return to Budapest.
It was a great experience! The apartment was perfect and Gabor a great host!
We had a lovely time in Budapest, it is a beautiful city. Gabor was an excellent host, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with plenty of facilities for cooking and relaxing. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter close to some lovely restaurants. It is a little noisy but this is a small downside, everything else was great

We always had feeling that welcoming guests and showing them the place we live is one of the best things to do. I believe that hosting is not about lending you a bed and room, but it is the service you put around it. Small things can make a big difference, and we always search for them. It shows that we are committed to give you what you deserve and prove that you made the right decision by staying at our place....and if you liked it than you might return!!!! We enjoy living in Budapest, therefore we know it quite well, just try us, we are happy to answer all your questions and will try to find way to fulfill special requests (welcome food for late arrivals, transfers, guiding, etc.) We speak English, German, little Spanish, and of course a bit of Hungarian:)
