This is a historic cottage sitting high on a corner bluff overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
It is beautifully furnished throughout and well-appointed.
The private brick courtyard with a peekaboo ocean view and location make this historic cottage a charmer.
Summerland Cottage is located in desirable North Laguna Beach, five short blocks from town and just steps to the ocean (less than half a block). 
Walk to Divers Cove in minutes and enjoy the sand and surf or stand-up paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and diving. Beach chairs and beach towels are all provided for your summer enjoyment. Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is home to more than 40 trails across 7,000 acres of coastal wilderness preserve; it is a “must” for outdoors enthusiasts. Enjoy spectacular views overlooking the Pacific Ocean as you walk through Heisler Park to reach Downtown Laguna.
The quaint town is filled with fabulous restaurants, art galleries, and charming shops.
During the summer months, the Sawdust Festival, Laguna Art Festival, and the Pageant of the Masters, with their outdoor performances, are a free trolley ride from the cottage.

A little history of the cottage, and fun little facts that you may want to know.
At one time many years ago, a famous cowboy actor named Tom Mix lived here. 
The Grammy-winning producer Steve Orich and his wife Judy have stayed for a respite.
And Andrew Mc Mahon, the singer and songwriter, stayed here several times 
( with his beautiful wife Kelly and sweet dog Doris Day )

Her art has been exhibited and sold at the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Beach, Laguna Art Museum, and to private collectors.
