Cosy and unique villa for relaxing vacation. 5 min walk to private beach. My wonderful boathouse is included in your stay. Perfect for barbecues while watching the sunset. Sand beach for kids and pebble for adults. The villa has a big porch with roof for long and lazy breakfasts & dinners. Big garden. 4 min drive to supermarket, gym & pizza. 5 min drive to the harbour with a great restaurant PIR.
Gothenburg 20 min.
Last house on the road, no cars. Kullavik is a peaceful, quiet and safe area.

The space
This is a house designed for socializing and relaxing. It
was built in 1910 and totally renovated in 2010. You have a separate dining room with table and chairs for 10 people, even a sofa for a power nap after dinner. The kitchen is design for dining and chilling with a fireplace, sofa and a small table for aperetivo while cooking.

Living room with TV, a large and comfortable sofa, and a lounge chair in front of the other fireplace. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

The back porch has 3 sunbeds, totally private space, and the front porch has a hanging chair for book reading, a hammock to relax in after beach and a big table with rotting chairs for dinners and games.

Kullavik, Hallands län, Sweden

Kullavik is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. My house is the last one on the road. Infront of the house is a meddow, home for a bunch of sheeps.
You have a large garden with apple, plum and cherry trees. Perfect lawn for games.
Kullsvik is your bay, its a private beach, great for swimming, sunbathing and fishing. If you want to celebrate summer and vacation its just a 15 min walk to Kullaviks”s harbour. Here, you can take a walk along the dock watching sailboats, have an icecream, visit restaurant PIR, have a beer or a glas of wine and enjoy the sunset.
