Off Old Street, you are at the crossroads with the City of London, Shoreditch, Islington and Clerkenwell with easy access to the the West End, Oxford Street, Liverpool St, Kings Cross.
You will have access to your room with en suite bathroom on the third floor of the building. Our living and work spaces are upstairs on the fourth. The kitchen and living room are upstairs and, as well as a generous continental breakfast, you are welcome to come up, help yourself to tea/coffee and say hi any time.

Interaction with Guests
We're frequent travellers ourselves so we understand that you want to make the most of your trip while having a place to feel comfortable returning to.
We want to help you make the most of your time so we are happy to give advice on what to do and where to go. Enda works from home most of the time so is happy to help in any way when in the house.
You will have access to the apartment on the third floor so come and go as you please.
Do come upstairs and tell us how your trip is going (we like a bit of gossip...).
You are in the heart of ‘Silicon Roundabout’ (London’s version of Silicon Valley) so the many bars and coffee shops are buzzing with hip young things fuelling themselves with Flat Whites as they create apps. Walk across the road and you enter the City of London, home of the Barbican Centre, the Museum of London and St Paul’s Cathedral.
Right behind us is the wonderful Ironmonger Row Baths, one of London's oldest Turkish Baths which has recently been beautifully restored. Here you'll find a gym, swimming pool and spa treatments.
We are also cuddling up on one side to Clerkenwell, the design centre of London and home to an array of unusual and decent pubs and eateries. On the other side is Shoreditch which is crammed with cool bars, galleries and shops (try Redchurch Street or Boxpark for edgy/trendy retail).
And that’s just what’s on the doorstep. The big tourist attractions are easily accessed by Tube, bus, bike or even on foot (the West End/Soho is a 35 minute walk in a straight line from us). You can head a little further east to achingly hip Dalston.
The 243 and 55 bus stops are one minute outside the building. You can get to Oxford Street and Covent Garden in 20 mins this way.
Old Street Tube is a five-minute walk away. The station is on the Northern Line and is two stops from Kings Cross and three from Euston. A couple of stops southwards gets you to Moorgate which is minutes on foot from Liverpool St Station. Barbican Station is also close by (10 mins walk) and from there you can reach Paddington Station, Westminster, Knightsbridge and onwards to Wimbledon, Kew Gardens and Heathrow Airport.
It's easy to flag a black cab on the street and there are cab companies nearby if you wish to book longer journeys at reasonable cost.
Other Things to Note
We will prepare the table for you to have breakfast whenever you feel like starting your day.
Help yourself to a large, hearty breakfast including organic Irish porridge oats, tasty granola, Dorset Cereals fruity muesli, granary bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, peanut butter, jams, butter and, of course, coffee (Aeropress and cafetière available) and a selection of teas.
* Please remove your shoes indoors. Definitely no stilettos!
* You are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony, but not indoors. Ask us for an ashtray.
* For your safety and ours, please don't take strangers back to the house.
* You will have our contact details so please let us know what time you expect to arrive. If you are delayed, or think you may be delayed, please let us know by text, email or Airbnb message.
Enda and Andrew were lovely hosts. We had all the info we needed before we arrived and the accommodation was just as described - lovely and comfortable and the location was great, 5 minute walk to Old St tube station.
The room was lovely and quiet and there were essentials in the bathroom in case we had forgotten anything.
Enda made us great juice shots in the morning that would blow the head off you! Great start to the day!
This was our first Airbnb experience and it was a very positive one. Would return to Enda and Andrews place if we were ever back in London.
We had a very good time with Enda and Andrew. Very friendly and flexible, everything was very clean and the breakfast was really tasty. It was like a hotel, but with the advantage that you are with locals. It's a good neighbourhood to stay, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. And in 5 minutes you're in the metro. We can really recommend this place to stay. When we go back to London, we will stay again with Enda and Andrew.
This was our first airbnb experience and we have been lucky as Enda are amazingly kind. We felt like being guest at some friend's home!
The room and everythings else are nice and very clean, right like are shown in the pictures.Perfect.
Many thanks to Enda for the preparation and the choises for breakfast.
The apartment is well located, easy to reach all sights in short time.
We recommend it.
I had eye surgery at Moorfield and Enda and Andrew's (Endrew) flat was ideally located. Flat close the Barbican and two Old Street and Barbican tube stations. Lovely restaurants a short walk away. During the day nearby (Whitecross Street), lovely street food on sale and Waitrose not far away either. Lovely flat, clean, spacious and light. Quiet room with own bathroom and nice open space living area upstairs. Nice breakfast and freshly made juices... G Paltrow's style.
Coming back with the nice season to do a bit more museum/sight seeing.
Thank you Endrew for making our stay so welcoming and Home2Home.
Everything was "magnifique". The apartment is wonderful and really quiet. We slept like babies. Although, there is everything someone could need in the bathroom. Enda is really nice and answered every time we needed him (an idea to visit somewhere, ...)
The breakfast was really good (I discovered the cruesli) and the juices was amazing.
We felt like home and felt extremely welcome. I hope to come back one day.
We had a wonderful stay at Enda & Andrew's place. Enda was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfy and quiet with great exposure to the morning sun.
The breakfast was also delicious and healthy.
We have chosen to stay at Enda & Andrew's apartment mostly based on the reviews and I really have to give it to them. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely located with a great host. Everything we could wish for was provided by Enda (and of course Andrew) and we would gladly visit again.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!
We’re a couple of laidback guys who have lived in this area for six years. Andrew works in the City and I work from home with my social media consultancy.
As hosts we should be able to orient you well for your stay in London. We like to eat out, so we’ll be able to suggest places to eat and drink to suit all tastes and budgets. We’re up to speed with what’s happening in the galleries, museums and theatres around too. Let us know what you are interested in doing when you come to London and we'll have some suggestions for you.
Enda has a slightly too large digital footprint so you can check him out thoroughly (start on about[dot]me/endaguinan )
Andrew is less active on the social sites but will be able to talk endlessly about travel, architecture and history.
We very much like this area as it's easy to get to Oxford St and all of the "must do" tourist attractions, but we love the bustle of the tech/creative types around us (we are in the heart of Silicon Roundabout so expect lots of young people with Apple products discussing their online startups in the local coffee shops). This area snuggles up to the corporate world of the City of London as well as the design/print neighbourhood of Clerkenwell where every other shop sells designer furniture with names that have umlauts.
We travel quite a lot ourselves so we appreciate what it's like. Like us, you probably like to be independent, will head off the beaten track a little (as long as the GPS is working) and then get a decent night's sleep. With us, you'll have your own keys and separate access to the apartment (our living space is upstairs) so you can come and go as you please.
We're looking forward to meeting you and helping you make the most of your stay in grand old London.
