Easy access from the Freeway approx 4 minutes. A 2 minute stroll to The Springdale Heights Tavern, bottle shop, Chemist Warehouse, IGA and a great Pizza Place. 5 minute drive to the local 'Lavington Square ' shopping centre.
8 minutes to the local hospital. Dean Street is our Main Street in central Albury 8-10 minutes will have you covered. Charles Sturt University is also close by. The Hume Dam, botanical gardens and Norieul Park are a couple of local sights worth a visit.
