You will absolutely love your experience in West Vail at either Larkspur location! Throughout the entire process, Andy provided immediate response to any questions, comments or concerns. Upon our arrival, the condo was gorgeous as advertised (i.e. granite counter-tops, 4 luxurious beds, and a newly renovated kitchen to save a buck or two).
The hot tub, which provided isolation and privacy from other homes, was utilized each of our four night stay as a relaxer from long days of skiing. We used the Vail shuttle almost every day which is about a 4 minute walk from the house. This was decided upon because the price of parking in Vail is foolish ($40+ for the day). In the evening, we returned back to Vail Village and Lion's Head for a few beers or to cruise the town. Parking is free from 3 PM to 3 AM.
Be sure to briefly review the book that Andy has provided for his clients for recommendations with rentals, restaurants, etc. We saved 20% using Pepi's to rent our skis and enjoyed several restaurant recommendations. Finally, be sure to book lift tickets on-line at least 7 days in advance in order to save about 40% on lift tickets or choose to buy a season pass depending on the longevity of your stay.
Awesome experience, phenomenal skiing and beautiful lodging. Our group of seven plans to return next season!
All around terrific stay. Cabin is as advertised: Impeccable shape and very comfortable. We came to ski and it was very easy to get around, car or no car, even if we were surrounded by snow. Andrew was responsive and attentive to our needs. My friends and I would absolutely stay at this fine cabin again.
The house is amazing and Andrew is a perfect host! The house is newly renovated and is equipped with new appliances, classy furniture, and very comfortable beds. It's less than five minutes from the ski bus stop and only a 5 minute car ride from the supermarket. Andy made our stay great by being super responsive and helpful. We would come back to this place for our next stay in Vail.

About the Host, Andrew
I moved to Vail shortly after graduating from Colorado State University in 1991 and have lived here on and off ever since. My wife, two children and I have called West Vail our year round home for the past 10 years and love to ski, mountain bike and hike right outside our front door. We are lucky to have 4 rental properties with a combined total of 16 bedrooms rooms all next door to each other and with a free Town of Vail bus stop only steps away. We all love living in the mountains and are here to help you book your vacation as only a true local can.
