No guns, no fighting, no smoking.
Try and be as cool as you can and everything will be awesome.
Everything was as the hosts described on the website. The room was especially pleasant as were the common area and bathroom. A great shower :) The hostess was verra sweet, even when i had to wake her up early on Sunday morning because we'd locked out key in the room. The neighborhood was quaint, convenient and entertaining. Looking out the windows was like watching a reality show.
We spent 2 nights at Julian and Tania's place. Great location in Williamsburg, near Bedford Avenue! The apartment building was brand new and very nice. We met Tania very shortly and there were some other people staying in the apartment. The room was ok as was the shared bathroom and kitchen. All in all good experience!
Thanks so much to Julian and Tania for accommodating a very last minute trip to NYC. The room was clean and ready as soon as I got there--it was nice to not need to worry about anything. A tip for future travelers- there are at least 4 or 5 AirBNB rooms sharing one bathroom, so you need to budget for that, time-wise.
Great location, large, clean, sunny and comfy. A good price. We even found street parking on the block. The access and directions were easy. It worked out great for us. Thanks, Tania and Julian.
Overall a great experience - perfect location and extremely kind hosts.
Another fantastic stay here at Julian and Tania's! They are awesome hosts and super cool people. Always enjoy sitting and chatting with Julian, and now Tania. It's a great space, building and you can't beat the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again, and continue to recommend it to friends.

About the Host, Julian And Tania
Julian: Jolly, laid back, and open minded (closed to close mindedness). I enjoy thoughts and discussions in the hypothetical.
In a nutshell I prefer "why not" to "why"
On another note, I think cereal is humanity's high water mark, and I mean that in the most complimentary fashion.
Tania: Equal parts actress, intellectual, hippie, and clown. I enjoy spirited discussion, comedy, and carefree dancing.
Also, I am slightly addicted to chocolate.
