This 2 double bedroom house has recently been renovated to a high standard and is equipped with all kitchen appliances and two multi-jet showers in the bathrooms. It's bright and spacious with access to a terrace and balcony where you have panoramic views of the mountains and of the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently located at walking distance to the capital's most popular hotspots: restaurants, bars, beaches and shopping centres. We have the best view of end of year fireworks display show.

The space
A private 2 bedroom house with outdoor space. We have the best view of the city's harbour which is famous for the New Year's Eve fireworks display. There's a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's private parking in the premises and public parking is also available. The house has wireless internet and cable TV.

Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
There's a great local bakery shop down the road with diverse breakfasts, fresh fruit juice, a wide range of bread, cakes and deserts at a very reasonable price. The Island's biggest supermarket is also a 10 minute walk away and a mini-market 5 minute walk. There's also a gym and spa in walking distance to our house. We are also a very short walk away from monumental Road.
To move around the city you can always use Taxiin Madeira App our local taxi app for cheaper rides, you can also schedule a ride for a different day and time. www.taxiin.pt

The house is central to all local amenities and attractions. It's the perfect place to enjoy what the city and Island have to offer. At night, relax and marvel at the night scenery from the balcony. Down the road you have where you can book levada walks, sports activities that the Island has to offer, trips out on catamarans etc.
