I'm sorry to read your issues but if you had read the listing amenities and had seen the condo photos before booking, I don't understand why you chose my condo. I never offered anything that wasn't there, there was no couch to begin with, only 1 stool for the breakfast area, 1 chair for the desk, 2 pillows, and Netflix on TV. It does not state on my listing that there was cable. I don't find it fair to give a low rating while expecting things that were never offered from the start.
The only thing I can apologize for is the spotty internet but I wish that had contacted me about that since it is a quick fix. You are traveling to a mountainous region of a 3rd world country where our best internet company is PLDT which has several problem keeping the speed up since it has unlimited users. My condo has 10mbps but if it does get slow, all that needs to be done is to contact PLDT to refresh the connection. Usually we have the fastest wifi in the area.
Anyways, thank you for choosing my condo but I hope in the future you read listing details carefully before leaving a bad review.
