Walk to downtown, enjoy Traverse Bay, Boardman Lake, the restaurants & microbrews. A well appointed house that sleeps up to 5. No cleaning fee, we do it ourselves to perfection. Commercial zoning makes it legal, but part of the Boardman Neighborhood so you live like a local. Popular for couples weekends, family vacations with kids, easy locale for wine tours. Message us your bike needs. Bachelor/ettes politely declined. Host allergy, no emotional support pets.

The space
All the desired appliances of washer/dryer, dishwasher, plus a waffle making station. Fridge stocked with OJ, eggs and there is always waffle mix, coffee and syrup. Built in 1896 and fully remodeled with a designer to celebrate it's spaces! Note there is Netflix and smart TV apps but no cable TV (for example no HBO, no football games)

Guest access
Whole house is yours. Parking is private on-site on the alley side of the house (north side), w/ aggregate drive. You will park on the alley side, not the Eighth St. side.

Other things to note
One room has a queen bed. Please tell us at time of booking if you would prefer either 2 twin beds in the “second” room or a king bed (it can be set up as either), and if you need the extra twin mattress on the floor of that room. Pack and play well loved but available.

Not necessary, but if possible, sending a message on your way in to TC with approximate time you plan to arrive is appreciated.
