Find The newly renovated Gathering House in a great neighborhood close to the Rocky Mountains on the peaceful West side. Enjoy a Perfect VIEW of Pikes Peak. Open the back gate to open-space, trails, & a sledding hill. Centrally located & close by scenic Garden of the gods, Pulpit Rock, Ute Valley Park & USAFA. Enjoy close restaurants, a fire indoors or out, a large yard, twinkle light patio & fire pit. The home is newly renovated, comfy, cozy, & warm. Perfect for gathering. Welcome & have Fun!

The space
The location & view are a gem. The Gathering House is a tri-level home. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 basement bedroom, 4 baths, a living room, family room, dining room, laundry room, & remodeled kitchen. The family room has comfy couches, a TV, a console with gaming system, & board games as well. The kitchen should have the utensils and appliances you need, including a keurig, press, and standard coffee maker, microwave, toaster, bottle opener, etc. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, attached bath, and a vintage toddler bed. You also have access to the garage. There is a large backyard with trails that start right behind the house. There is a park with play equipment just a five minute walk away on Delmonico. This house is 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes from USAFA, 10 minutes from Downtown, Old Colorado City is 15 minutes away, & Manitou and the Incline are about 20. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay.
This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.

You can access the entire home, garage, front and back yard, & open space. You will have access to 1/2 of the two car garage.

We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap. We hope that helps get you started but can’t guarantee it’s enough for your entire stay.

The home will be decorated for Christmas during the season. We are extremely allergic to cats and smoke & we cannot have either of them on the property. Thank you for understanding.
