The deal " price-location " is the perfect reason to choose this place.
The studio is basic, but very clean and well equiped.
Arturo and his wife are very kind and do show that they care about you being confortable.
Arturo e Alejandra, excelentes hosters!!! Apartamento em ordem, horários todos cumpridos. Ótima localização. Muito bom. Recomendo!!!! Gracias!!!
Arturo e sua esposa nos receberam muito bem!! O apartamento é exatamente o que está nas fotos, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Além disso, a localização não poderia ser melhor, muito fácil acesso. Altamente recomendado!!
Located perfectly - close to supermarkets, metro stations, shopping mile 'Santa Fe' (within 5 min) as well as the famous recoleta cementary and obelisco (20 min). Beautiful and safe neighbourhood.
Well equipped, very clean and cozy apartment. Perfect size for the two of us spending two weeks.
We've had cockroaches from time to time which is a common problem in the hot summer months all over in BA. But there is no nest inside the apartment, they all came from the outside, so closing the windows will avoid any trouble. It worked for us!
Arturo and his wife had been awesome hosts: very helpful, courteous and caring - one of our best experiences! He took delivery of a parcel sent to us in advance, called two times to ask whether we need any help and organized our taxi to the airport.
We definitely recommend staying here!
Arturo and his wife were very friendly and responsive, we had a problem with the hot water for our shower and he had the super fix it immediately and we enjoyed hot showers for the rest of the week. He was helpful in calling us a taxi when we needed one early in the morning. He also checked in with us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay in Buenos Aires and got all we needed. Our flight out of the city was late at night, and Arturo was also flexible in letting us check out a little later which was super helpful.
Apartment itself was neat and fully equipped with steady Wifi and was true to photos posted (good size for solo or couple travelers). Location was convenient as it was close to the main avenue and also walking distance to the subway D line. There is a grocery store right next to the building in case you need to stock up on water and snacks. All in all a good experience and highly recommended.
En todos los aspectos solo puedo decir cosas positivas !
I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks, Oct-Dec, 2013. It’s just two short blocks from the subway B line. Direct buses to downtown, San Telmo, Palermo—just about anywhere you’d want to go—are within a block or two. There are several supermarkets within 4 blocks and many more smaller grocery stores—including one right next door. Sidewalk cafés abound, and you also have great people-watching in the park/Plaza Rodríguez Peña around the corner, prettier now than I’ve seen it in 10 years. In the early evening neighbors chat while their dogs horse around, enjoying themselves even more. If you don’t care for dogs, about 3 or 4 blocks to the north is Plaza Vicente López, even more pleasant, where the rich folks hang out. Both have playgrounds for kids, beautiful jacarandas in bloom in the spring, small palms, gomeros and crying tipa trees—and I wish I were sitting there now.
...The pictures and description of the apartment are accurate (although “one year ago” probably needs an update). There are 3 other apartments on this floor, but none is adjacent, so you don’t have any noise at all from neighbors.... Because it is really near to the center of town, and because it is on a busy, narrow, one-way street, there is some traffic noise. But it’s less than I had expected and it did not bother me at all. I slept very, very well.... The double window looks toward the rear and opens onto an open space between buildings. No one can see into the apt, so you can leave them open in good weather; there is excellent cross ventilation with the small kitchen and bathroom windows. Even in warm weather, it stays comfortable because there is never direct sunlight. When it’s hot, the air conditioner cools it down quickly and quietly....The maid service is excellent and dependable and the superintendent is cheerful and helpful. ...There is a telephone with free local calls—which one finds less and less these days. WiFi is very good, and I was able to watching streaming video. (Note that it is not secured, but if that’s essential, Arturo may be able to fix it for you.) Television is Spanish only....As you can see, the apartment is small, but the bath and closet are good-sized, and above all, the price is very, very good. This is an excellent choice for budget travelers.
...I’ve rented many apartments in Buenos Aires and many elsewhere, but I’ve never encountered a host/landlord as engaged and pro-active as Arturo--affable, sincere, on top of everything, ready to help in any way to make your stay pleasant. Hats off!

EL APARTAMENTO ESTA EN UN BUEN LUGAR DE LA CIUDAD, CERCA DE TODO LO QUE NECESITO. NO ES MUY BONITO PERO SIRVIO DE MUCHO EN EL MOMENTO QUE LO NECESITAMOS. EL DIA DOMINGO CERRARON LOS ASCENSORES Y ESE DIA TUVIMOS QUE BAJAR POR LAS ESCALERAS UNAS MALETAS MUY PESADAS, ESTO NO NOS GUSTO (website hidden) ROPA DE CAMA PODRIA SER MAS ACOGEDORA Y DE MEJOR CALIDAD.
