Great people, great place. Thank you
Gracious and pleasant host, nice clean apartment exactly as advertised, prime location, you really can't beat this. While life comes up, Ria and Sean made time to accommodate us on our visit and everything was absolutely as nice as it could be, and I had a marvelous stay.
Everything was great with the place, clean comfortable, just as promised, good communication with the host. Great place to stay when visiting Seattle!
Great location and apt! Was able to walk everywhere. Ria and Sean were very easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was super easy. Enjoyed my stay!
We really enjoyed staying here! The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere in the city that we wanted to visit. We also loved having a kitchen with some basics like salt and oil to cook.
Awesome stay at Ria and Sean's place! Perfect for people who would love to walk to anywhere or transit. Safe apartment, nice host!
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. While it's minimally decorated, it still very comfortable and we liked the proximity of the places we wanted to be. Thanks.
The hosts were very polite and accommodating as well as great with fast communication - emails and texts were responded within minutes!
The location was walking distance from restaurants, entertainment, and coffee shops. The Space Needle is even walkable to from this location if you're craving a nice stroll (about 30 minutes).
Unfortunately, the one aspect of this apartment that wasn't very appealing was the smell. The apartment had an ongoing smell of pets and cigarettes! This turned me off quite a bit.
Other than the smell, I would recommend for people to stay here if they're looking for a place to crash for cheap while in downtown Seattle.
I missed my flight out to Seattle, which delayed my arrival until literally midnight. But Ria and Sean waited patiently for me. They were also very accommodating and friendly. I caught a cold the 2nd day I was in Seattle, and I had to ask them for an extra comforter which they delivered right away.
The place is tidy, but not OCD clean. Like they said, its not a hotel but a comfortable homey apartment. The bed is on the soft side, and for some reason I was having cold + lumbar muscle spasm during this visit so I couldn't sleep on the bed. However, the extra futon in the living room totally helped!
The view is amazing from the apartment, and I can't describe how happy I was to be able to walk to everywhere in downtown. Its about a 15 min walk to pike place market, where you can spend a whole day just going between little boutique stores.
The light rail station is just across the street from the apartment. There are a few bums hanging around at the corner, but they won't bother you like the ones in SF. I find myself okay walking around and about in the middle of the night just by myself.
Overall, the experience was great and I'd love to stay again when I visit Seattle.
Everything was fantastic. Room was just as advertised. Hosts were very flexible and responsive to anything I needed.
