Other Things to Note
There are a couple of areas that will be off limits and will have locks on them. They are one of the upstairs rooms, and two small closets in Bedrooms. There is also an apartment in the lowest level of the house with a completely separate entrance around back under the deck which has permanent tenants. Please be mindful of your noise levels late at night. The House is older and doesn't have Central AC, however, we do have 3 very capable window AC units that do the trick. One is located downstairs, and 2 more are located upstairs, in each bedroom.
No smoking inside, please be mindful of noise because we are renting the apartment in the basement out and they can hear loud music, loud foot steps, etc. Please treat our place like it was your own, and have fun! I'm open to well trained dogs as long as you pick up after them, but no cats please.
Matt and Sarah were very hospitable. They contacted me several times prior to our arrival and left the kitchen stocked with several items. The air windows worked well. The house is conveniately located to downtown and very walkable. We felt very safe.
Matt and Sarah made our stay so easy and comfortable. The house is walking distance to downtown with plenty of parking. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We spent most of our time on the perfect front porch.
We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Sarah's! The home was exactly as advertised and was incredibly comfortable and convenient. Two couples plus our three dogs stayed for a long weekend and had the best time. The house is very close to downtown and very close to incredible restaurants (some within 2 blocks), and in a great neighborhood. Walking to downtown was safe and convenient, and street parking at the home was ample. Our hosts recommended a lot of delicious meals, breweries, and hikes, and provided us with great trail maps and brewery guides. They were incredibly accommodating, especially considering we had 3 dogs, and were kind to check in with us periodically. The house was expertly clean and had all of the things we needed, including a lovely front and back porch for relaxing. We all hope to stay here again during our next visit.
Beaitiful home. Matt was very helpful with information on hiking and he was always quick to respond to my questions.
Location convenient to walk to Ashevilll for food.
We would definitely come back if we return to Asheville.
Matt and Sarah were great and their home is lovely. Any questions or concerns I had they responded immediately. The house is in a perfect location for walking around downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was great.. They have thought of everything. Bottle of wine in the fridge, jam, coffee, tea, etc. Very comfortable! Nice size tv's, comfortable beds and cute environment. Our stay was short and sweet but perfect. Thank you! We will be back!
We had a great short stay (one night). The house is very clean and cozy. Awesome front porch. Best HiFi system I've seen in Airbnb houses. Walking distance to downtown (15 min).
