Nat's apartment is fantastic! It's beautiful like in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable. It's location was amazing for us - close to Union Station, close to downtown and the convention center.
Nat was a great host, was very accommodating to requests and even made sure we were alright when the weather when the snow came.
We had the best hosting ever. If more people were like Nat life would have been an effortless, elegant affair, from - to. Nat is punctual, very professional, welcoming and accommodating. The spacious and perfectly equipped apartment is in the middle of everything, restaurants, museums and is very safe and secure, building is modern. Cannot wait to visit Nat and DC again.
I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip to DC. The house was amazing!! Nat was an awesome host who took very good care of everything I needed. When the Internet went down one night at 11pm, she had it fixed within an hour.
The location cannot be beat, especially if you are using the Metro to get around. Having a Safeway and CVS (both 24-hour) within walking distance was a huge bonus as well.
Lovely apartment, lovely location, lovely host! Beautifully furnished. Just like the pictures and even more!
Estuvimos muy bien en el piso de Nat, buena ubicación y el piso está muy bien. Además ella fue muy amable y disponible con nosotros. Lo recomendamos.
Nat was a great host. She arrived promptly at our set time. She was even able to accommodate us with parking at the last minute. The condo was as it is in the pictures and was surprisingly well stocked. My family and I really enjoyed the condo and being in the heart of DC. We will definitely be staying there the next time we visit DC.
Nat was very helpful, she walked me through the apartment building and gave me a quick tour of the area. The place was very neat and clean and nice and warm.
Nat. Was. Awesome.
1. We got in late (2am) from our plane. She accommodated us. No problem.
2. The apt is close to anything and everything in DC. Not to mention is right next door to a CVS for any grocery needs & whatnot.
3. The apt is beautiful and well kept.
4. If you have a car there are garages all over and even some free street parking if you keep your eye out.
5. Right next to the on ramp so when you are leaving for the air port... It will take no longer than 10min.
Loved the experience and will definitely be booking again with Nat!
We enjoyed our stay in DC at Nat's apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. It's conveniently located to the Gallery Place, Judiciary Square and Mt. Vernon Square metro stations and is within walking distance of the National Mall and many other sights. There's a Safeway a few blocks away and the nearby restaurants are good - we enjoyed particularly good dinners at Tel'Veh Wine Bar across the street and 6th Engine right downstairs as well as a very nice brunch at Busboys and Poets a few blocks away.
A couple of things to be aware of - there are a few blocks immediately west and south of the apartment that can be sketchy after dark. Massachusetts Street itself is fine and the building is well secured, so we'd just recommend using good judgment if walking back to the building after dark or consider getting a taxi. Also, we had difficulty getting in touch with Nat to arrange our check in and wound up staying in a hotel (kindly covered by AirBnB) for our first night in DC. Nat was very friendly and accommodating when we did get in touch with her via AirBnB customer service and we successfully checked in the next morning, so it seems like this was perhaps just an oversight. In any case, we'd just advise future travelers to make sure to get positive confirmation of check in arrangements before starting their trip.
