Located inside the historic Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, World Heritage of UNESCO, our guest house is an authentic Berber Kasbah (fortified house in pisé with four towers) completely renovated in compliance with traditionnals technicals of construction and materials.
The kasbah is owned by our family for over three hundred years. Tebi was the first name of our grandfather. You’ll recognize it easily, it is located at the foot of the door Aït Ougram, one of the three access to the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou. Look good, a stork’s nest sits prominently at the top of a tower.
The kasbah is distributed on four levels offering Berber lounges where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley, natural setting of many great films.
We serve an authentic and refined Moroccan cuisine which is one of the highlights of our house. Salads, briouates, soups, couscous, tagines, grilled meat… All our dishes are prepared with products from the local market, ensuring freshness and quality.
Our breakfasts, typically Moroccan, beings served at your convenience in our dining room or on the terrace, at the top of the kasbah, where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the valley and the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou.
With us, you will understand why the hospitality and warm welcome were the greatness of the Berbers. If you go through Aït Ben Haddou, you stop for a tea and visit our house, Marhaba, welcome.

Magical. Unique. Memorable.
From the moment Mohamed arrived with his donkey to ferry our bags (and daughter) across the river, we knew this would be an extraordinary stay. It felt like a privilege to be staying in this place and sleeping inside the walls of the kasbah.
Yes, there's no electricity, and no wifi, but the food is terrific, the hospitality warm, the beds comfortable and the two nights we spent at Kasbah Tebi will be ones that we and our kids will remember for a long long time.
Thank you Mohamed for opening up your home and for being such a great host. A magical, unique and memorable experience.
Mohamed was our favorite-est host during our 2 weeks trip around Morocco. He was everything you could wish for in a host: warm, sweet, flexible, knowledgable, and fun. He has become a friend really. Kasbah Tebi - one has to see it to believe how incredible and unique the place and the experience truly is: we felt transported to a different time and place altogether, like true Imazigh in ancient times. The view to and from the kasbah is breathtaking! The room comfortable, atmospheric and 'romantic'.
We also took a day trip with Mohamed to Telouet: driving through stunning mountains, visited local market, explored natural salt mine, visited a village where we met and had tea with a local Berber family at their home. It was eye-opening and fun. We had dinner both nights at the kasbah, where a very delicious moroccan dinner was made for us each night, enjoyed it in candlelights and chatting and learning more about Mohamed, his family and the Berber cultures. It felt like visiting a really good friend in a foreign country.
Long story short: unforgettable.
Authentic and awesome experience to stay in this renovated old Berber Kasbah. Mohamed is a very polite, helpful and happy person who enriched our stay. We had to drive all the way to Aït Ben Haddou to get the best Moroccan food by Mohamed :) He also helped us to organize a hiking trip to the nearby surroundings with a local guide from the village. Best experience in Morocco, highly recommended, wish we could stay for more than two days to discover the Sahara desert!
Mohammad is just wonderful. Unfortunately due to some airport delays we were not able to actually make it to this reservation, but he was understanding and kind throughout the entire thing. Hopefully next time I am in Morocco I can visit!
In this place you fill you are very confortable and surrendered by really beatuful think and people. The ospitality of Mohammed is great. He is a clever and really positive guy. The place is super. It's inside the ksar (the old town) and you can imagine to be in a tale of 1001 nights. Five star for me!
