This spacious 2nd floor room was part of the former, significantly significant, Ringling home. The 2-king-bed room is romantically decorated in '20s style.

The room faces Tamiami Trail at the 14th St round about, so road noise should be expected.

The property boasts 2 restaurants, coffee/tea shop, wine, & craft beer bar. Complimentary drip coffee in our Café (opens 8a Fri-Sun). The other restaurant is upscale with a menu featuring masterfully prepared food from Italy and the Mediterranean.

Located in the highly desirable Arts District in the Cocoanut neighborhood and only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous bay - perfect for sunsets! Yet, it is close to all the action. A 5-minute drive to downtown Sarasota and the beaches, and walking distance to Publix Supermarket.

The bright and spacious junior suite has 2 comfortable king-size beds, an ensuite with a walk in shower, and has a washer and dryer available for your use. There is also a mini fridge in the room.

Hop in the car and drive just minutes to beaches, farmer's market, dining, shopping, galleries, the Ringling School of Art & Design, New College, and hosts of other Sarasota attractions.

Flying in to Sarasota? It will take you less than 10 minutes to arrive at your vacation paradise.

The August Ringling is on the second floor of our historic venue. The spacious room has a comfortable king bed, fireplace (non-working), and is a short walk to the bay for spectacular sunsets. We are AirBNB Superhosts. This room is perfect for a single traveler or a couple.

The Otto Ringling Room (Junior Suite) is accessible through the restaurant dining room and up the lovingly restored staircase to the second floor. As the room faces Tamiami Trail at the 14th Street round about, road noise should be expected.

Guests have access to the outdoor courtyard, the restaurants, and a laundry facility.

The Café is open for breakfast & lunch Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8a-2p. The Italian restaurant is open from 4:30-9:00 daily.

We have two on-site restaurants! Friday-Sunday we serve American fare breakfast and lunch from 8a-2p in The Café. Eat indoors at The Café or outdoors on our lovely courtyard.

The formal restaurant is open 7 days a week. Dinner is served daily from 4:30-9:00pm. Enjoy lunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon-4.

Please note that daily housekeeping services are not included with your stay. However, they are available upon request (one day in advance) for an additional fee.
