Luxury in Tulum awaits at this poolside villa. A private terrace leads to the pool area from this luxury 2 bedroom town home. Well furnished and equipped to entertain.

The space
This is a great condo on the south end of Tulum on the edge of the jungle in a newer upscale residential area. It's a short 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to town with lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. 10 minute drive to the beach or 20 minute bike ride. You'll find this particular unit to be ESPECIALLY WELL APPOINTED. Recently upgraded with new paint and tile and some very comfortable beds with high thread count sheets.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have private bathrooms with second floor terrace access.

The kitchen is great for entertaining, it's fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your family and friends fabulous gourmet meals. The private courtyard is also a wonderful outdoor dining option and extends the home with outdoor private luxury living.

We have lots of beach towels for you to use while you are here along with beach chairs and beach umbrella. There's even an outdoor shower on the patio for the post beach or pool rinse off! This one has it all as far as luxuries, privacy and security.
