Beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Adamowo", built in 1990, renovated in 2008. In a quiet position on a slope, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 400 m, public bathing area 2.7 km. Please note: main road close by 300 m from the property. Property ref. PL6254.2.1 is situated on the same property. To plot belongs the jetty and boat. Possibility of fishing without a permit (private area). The lake was stocked, that's why guests have a limit for catch fish up to 8 kg during the entire stay. Ban for swiming at the lake next to the house. Welcome wine for guests.
