From the guest house is 200 meters to a tricycle terminal, 300 meters from an amusement park with swimming pool (under construction), 5 minutes to the fishing port and 5 minutes to Pristine Beach.
In Puerto Princesa City there are tricycles to charge you for a small fee to any location in the city.
Wonderful snorkeling with a boat, including trips in Banca’s, which will bring you to the reef, to view a panoramic underwater flora.

GREEN HOUSE PUERTO IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Overall Green House is a great place. Susan and Ad are real nice people, greet you with a fruit shake after picking you up from the airport. Breakfast is included every morning and is pretty tasty, coffee is the best in Puerto. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and aircon works good, has hot water.
The only downside to this place is it isn't close walking distance to anything. Beach is a 15-20 min walk. Everything else you pretty much need to catch a trike to. The good news is you can get trikes into town for 50 pesos (roughly $1) so they're not expensive just a little and there is a tricycle terminal right outside of there house. Still a little inconvenient having to get tricycles everywhere.
Ad and Susan are excellent hosts indeed! Green House Puerto was such a wonderful sanctuary to come home to after our adventures around Puerto Princessa. The scrumptious breakfasts every morning was something we definitely looked forward to. The rooms were kept in good order. The place is conveniently situated near a number of restaurants which are just a ten to fifteen minute walk away so it was easy for us to grab a bite to eat at night.
In totality, the place exuded an aura that only a happy home could. Thank you for such a delightful time!
We were greeted with nice papaya fruit shakes when we reached the bnb. We had a baby with us and they made it very convent by getting a crib and finding us a babysitter. We really enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend it!
PERFECTION is the only word that even comes close to describing a stay at Green House Puerto. From the time you land to your departure Susan and Ad are there for your every need from transport, tours general information. The rooms are large, clean well decorated. The food excellent, Susan even caters to your particular food needs. As an airbnb host myself I know all the effort it takes to be a good host and they make it seem effortless and at such a great low price. They certainly deserve their SUPERHOST status
Simme, thank you for your wonderful review. You know what you should do as hostess to pamper your guests, you have it also well defined. Again, you were a great host and always welcome to stay in our guest house. Simme, take care and enjoy your life. Best regards Susan and Ad.
It was a absolutely pleasure to stay at Susans and Ads House!Ad picked us up from the Airport.the drive till the Green House is very short.near the house is a trycicle terminal.
when we arrived they served us fresh juice. Both are really heartfull and open minded. Sue is a great cook-wow!she served us great breakfast. Allways with fresh fruits and food!and Ad give us a lot of good insidertipps. Places for good coffee, food and places for visiting.
The room is quit with aircon and shower is possible with warm and cold water.
But the water you can not drink-so if you are thirsty you can use the bottles with cool water in the fridge. For free!
I enjoyed the stay at the green house a lot and miss Su and Ad.
I would absolutely recommend this place for other tourists.
Salamat for everything!
We enjoyed the hospitality of Susan and Ad. They were very helpfull and willing to please us as much as they could. Communication in front about the actvities we liked to do was good. Unfortunately the weather didn't allowed us to do some of the planed ones. We were not so aknowed with the Tyfoonseason. The accomodation isn’t large but clean. We didn’’t have warm water on the second floor, which would be comfortable at some times. Airco and Wifi perfect ( excluded the times of a powercut) Breakfast was good and two times we were surprised at daytime , once wtih pineapple and once with Dutch “bitterballen”, delicious! The location is very quite in Deep Forest, but a little bit remote, with a tricycle( every time helpfull arranged by Ad) ride of 10 minutes(50/70 pesos) to the center of the city or Robinsons Mall(100/125 pesos). When we were leaving ,our nearly 18 year old daughter was surprised by Susan with nice earrings of jade. Again a lot of thanks for your hospitality. José, Beike en Richte
