The space
Brand new everything. Professionally decorated historic townhome in heart of DC. There are 12 steps to walk up and 4 steps to walk down to enter the unit. This English basement apartment has a separate living, dining, and kitchen areas with 1 full bathroom. The light and bright bedroom has a queen sized bed, and access to 2 closets for your belongings. The apartment is ideal for maximum of 3 adults (2 in the bedroom & 1 on the sleeper sofa). From the bedroom there is a back door into the back yard.
The apartment offers a coat closet, washer and dryer, central a/c heat, wifi, and xfinity cable TV with HBO channels and on screen access to Netflix.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
